Good service at Hot Fries! Chicken coleslaw with fries combo and a horchata drink. Chicken coleslaw sandwich is really good and messy, so make sure you get napkins.

I do love the fries! Unfortunately, I took my daughter to redeem her free kid combo that she got with her student of the month award. We went to the Visalia Mall location on Saturday 2/1/2020 and was told that they no longer take them. On Sunday 2/2/2020, my neighbor took her son and Hot Fries redeemed his. If Hot Fries is not going to honor them, why give them out to schools. My daughter never had them, so I spent $6 on regular fries so she could try them

My son and a neighbor child got student of the month and received a coupon for a kid meal at this place. When she took her daughter they were rude and denied the child's reward coupon. When i took my son they did accept the coupon but the kids meal was disgusting. Never will i go to this place again and i will let everyone i know not to go there.

This place does not even deserve one star. All food vendors are so friendly in the Visalia mall except for this place I've gone a few times and almost every time I've received soggy food or something simple as fries that were half cooked with no seasoning. I went today the cashier was busy talking to a friend while I waited patiently in line it wasn't until I made eye contact with her did she take my order and gave horrible service even attitude like I interrupted her. Would not recommend even for cheap food this place is a rip off. How they are still in business is shocking.

Ordered the buffalo chicken mac n cheese and the carnitas fries.... both were mediocre at best. The Mac n cheese noodles were mushy, the chicken was cold and the whole thing was swimming in buffalo sauce. Now for the carnitas fries, you'd expect fries from a french fry place to be perfect, that was FAR from the case. First off, don't trust the picture, they were mushy, the carnitas was alright, kinda bland. I'm pretty sure I had more tomatos than I did fries.... overall, not worth the price paid

Ordered food to eat there with my husband and kids tonight. We ordered kids Mac and cheese combo, large fry, hotdog combo, baked potato and two additional drinks. Total was $49. Was surprised it cost so much, but decided to try it as everyone was hungry and it would be fast. Big mistake. It took 30 minutes to get our food. Fries were undercooked and soggy. Baked potato was bland and cheese sauce did not taste like cheese. And my husband said the hotdog was gross. We tossed the food and won't be back.
No straws. No medium cup. Under cooked. Over priced. Overall disappointing. Spent $13 on a combo #1 when it should have $9. Why? Because they didn't have medium cups. Waited too long for my food. Then when I got my food they didn't have straws. Look at the pic I posted of the fresh garlic fries. What a joke.

Had it delivered.. smelled funny and looked weird. Fries were soggy like they were microwaved, meat was flavorless just bleh. They didn't have 2/3 of the things I ordered in stock. My dad ate all of his hot dog and feels Ill now.. I didn't go beyond 2 bites. Costco hotdogs are 900x better and 1/3rd the cost

Tiniest chicken strips I've ever seen I thought they were my kids chicken nuggets. Breeding wasn't good either. Made me feel kind of sick after eating it. Definitely not worth the price. It's only thing I've tried from here. Definitely don't recommend the chicken strips.
