It was my first time ever trying Hummus Republic and I was definitely very impressed! The owner was super nice and helpful with my questions and so was his staff! I would recommend this to anyone looking for a healthier option to eat while still maintaining fresh and delicious flavors and a welcoming environment! Will be back again

They have really grate falafel! They also have a great variety of spreads and hummus. It is a casual restaurant, which is great for a quick lunch. Service is fast.

I went in today and one of the workers was giving me attitude. I told them what I wanted and they basically threw my food at me. When they were serving they also slapped the food on my bowl. I went in there and go treated with nothing but disrespect! When I was paying I got extra change and I didn't put it in the tip jar, when the worker saw I didn't put no tip money she gave me the dirtiest look i have ever received. I came home and as I was opening my bowl I saw not one, not two, but THREE strands of hair inside of my bowl. I am completely disgusted with how I was treated and how I found literal HAIR in my food. Don't come here unless u want to be treated badly and eat greasy oily hair in your food. If you are gonna put hair in my food at least take care of it.

This is one of those places that you just need to go and get yourself filled with deliciousness. The food surpasses my own expectations for a place that's somewhat fast. I had the pita with vegetarian choices personally, and every bit of it complemented the rest, all delivered in a soft pita that puts store-bought stuff to shame. Top this off with friendly service, a clean environment, and modern decor? You got it! Go get some eats!

Maybe today was a bad day, but I ordered 2 bowls, full of veggies and their chicken option that has 3 sides however it was really dry. Usually it's not like this and after spending $40 I was pretty disappointed. The pita bread and the sauce were fry so it didn't make the bowl enjoyable. Service was good and ambiance fine. Again, maybe it was an off day but would likely pass to eat here again.

Their hummus is really good. They also have bowls you can build that are really good as well. I wish they had another base to choose from but they have a good amount of toppings.
DELICIOUS! Service was patient, friendly, and helpful. Ambiance was mellow. The several flavors of Hummus were amazing. Eggplant hummus, super; but the red pepper hummus was killer! Chicken swarma so good. So many extras at no charge. Chickpeas and couscous. Just the best.

OMG!!! We found another hidden gem in Visalia. It's called Hummus Republic. This is the best Mediterranean food here in town. Gyros, wraps and bowls, fresh ingredients! Def get the pita chips..10/10. Specialty drinks like... jalapeño cucumber lemonade!Make sure to say hi to Eddie, he's the owner.
