Just went there on 09/25/23 at 12 am, Jack in the box really has a really bad customer service. The girl that was on the window was rude!!! I asked her something of my order, and she just answered, " I don't know, that's what you got." Not going back anymore.

A total of 5 roaches came out of the bag! I called and during my 1st call I explained my complaint and he hung up on me. We called back and after 5 minutes the same guy answered. He was talking over us. And tells me I'm wrong and I can't get my money back! And if I go he will feel threaten I'm sorry but what kind of people are u hiring! I am calling the health department and corporate. This kid that answered needs to understand that arguing is worst than admitting you have roaches! He needs to take his pets home! Trust me we don't threaten people. And I want my money back!! Please people check ur bags the parts that have foldings! The munchie box as well! In the taco bags! My son ate the burger during the ride home and now he feels nauseous and is vomiting! I need someone who's less ignorant to contact me asap!

I think it was a manager who assisted us & took our order. He was very generous ! Thanks for fixing our order. Food was fresh & hot which made it taste even better. Also it was sooo cold in there but it felt amazing. Store was clean & got our food fast! Recommend this J & B.Parking: Plenty of space
