Had the bathroom closed off with a table. My wife needed to use it as a CUSTOMER. Manager then slammed the table back against the bathroom room with us still there and loudly said “make sure we put this table back or customers will keep using our restroom” very disrespectful as we were the only ones in there and could hear them talking loudly. Glad she has so much authority ?

Only one staff working here this morning. Took forever to get my ordered made when the person making the order has to stop and take orders for those coming in. Where is the manager?

Hadn't been there in a while. OMG what happened? The place was filthy. Floor obviously had not been cleaned in a long time. The area where they prepared orders was just as dirty. Counter had dirty measuring cup. We nearly left, but we already paid for the order!!!

Drove 25 minutes there for them to say they’re closed for the night but didn’t have any signs up front about it nor the door was locked. Still had time before the store actually closed (according to the hours on the door and Google) and after we walked out no one came to lock the door and it seemed like the workers just decided to stop taking orders for the night.

Today I order in my app as usual . Systems were down do they had to read my order through my phone. How rude we're both employees today Carol & Joseph. Not only was my order wrong. They were extremely rude . I told them I paid extra for protein & 3 g energy & they didn't put it in my drink. I tried telling them but they both were bothered that I was even trying to talk

The food is very fresh with a large variety of items to choose from. The service is very quick, I recommend using the app so you can easily earn rewards and your order will be ready quickly. The ambiance is very clean, colorful and fresh with upbeat music playing in the background. I recommend this place for all ages, and there is something for everyone. Also make sure you check out their bakery items, but get there early because they sell out fast!

I will give 5 stars because I've been coming here for nearly 15 years and never had a problem until today. Staff was extremely rude, i wanted to put phone number in for buy one get one free deal then she goes, phone number doesnt work (worked yesterday) and gave me an attitude as if i should just hurry up and pay) asked her to wait for a change because total was $12.08 as i gave her $15 first then as i gave her a quater, she goes oh it's too late i closed register as she closes register while saying it, put my order as mobile order even though I ordered at the store, made me wait long time while people behind me who ordered picked up their drinks and finally I went up and asked about my order and got it. One bad experience but should train employees for better customer service.
