It's very hard to mess up a sub so with that being said Jersey's Mike is pretty good but nothing inherently special I will say it's a bit on the pricey end (Just like my ex wife) leagues above most major sandwich chain places though

I came here about 2 o'clock today Friday, March 15, 2024 I got a number #9 the fella with the blue shirt made it for me. The sandwich was delicious. I got it Mike's way with pickles and mustard added I'm not a big fan of the vinegar and oil cause some places put too much but they did a good job. The vinegar and oil was not too strong. It tasted really good. The inside was very clean when I got there, but you got a bunch of obnoxious people coming in with North-face jackets and flip-flops dropping garbage all over the floor acting like there $hīt don't stink I think I came here once before, and the flip-flops and Northface jackets killed it for me, but they do make up a good sandwich. I will be back.

I paid $20 for this “giant” sub and there’s 1 slice of meat and one slice of cheese throughout. What an absolute joke, never coming back to this Jersey Mikes! It’s a shame because the store in Napa was great, this is pathetic.

This by far the best sandwich I ever had. #9. Loved it!
I love jersey Mikes had my mom grab some cheesesteaks. It probaly was the girls first time at making it which sucked. Meat wasnt cut up peppers werent grilled etc. Use to be better. For $20 a sandwhich with double meat it was a huge let down.

If it's 5:45 5:50 and you close at 6 and I only live a 2 blocks away you should still be able to take a phone order not just a walk in. Call made at 5:50 and 6pm on Christmas eve of 2023.

I received a coupon for catering but it was only redeemable in person so I showed up at 10:30 because no one answered the phone number that's listed.. When I ordered they let me know it wouldn't be ready until 12 which is fine. I show up at 11:30 and patiently wait until 11:58 to ask because they're in the middle of a rush. I watched everyone else's orders get bagged while my 2 orders just sat waiting to be boxed. I also paid $4 for avocado on a sandwich as well, only for the avocado to be missing. Even with a 10% tip, I was not a priority. This left a terrible first impression for the company I work for. I was bragging about how good JM's is but now they don't want me to order again because of this. I called about 6 times again until the manager/owner finally answered and he'll be compensating a sandwich for their mistake.

As a true born and bred Philadelphia native this place always makes me feel like Home.Natalie the manager is awesome, she always greets people with an incredible smile, letting you know that she actually cares.Every sandwich maker that I’ve had there from Natalie on down has done a wonderful job with the sandwiches .If I give this place 10 stars I would :Be Blessed Stay Blessed
