Highly recommend this place! It's our first time visiting Visalia for work and wasn't sure where to go. Stopped by Krathom Lek and boy we were satisfied! The portion is HUGE and food was delicious!!

Had the spring rolls,green curry and the pad thai. Curry was very good, pad Thai nothing spring rolls I've made better at home. Up charging 20% if paying with credit card is bad business. Lesson learned by us. Hopefully they will reconsider the credit card upcharge.

To be honest, I saw lot of good reviews of this place and wanted to try it out. I would suggest a hard pass on this again. Food was below average. Expensive. I waited 25 extra minutes on top of the 30 mins they said it would be ready for pick up (wasn't busy). Most of my food was lukewarm to cold. Staff was very friendly but it was getting awkward sitting there waiting and waiting as other orders after mine were coming out. I ordered teriyaki beef, phad thai, stuffed wings. All were average. Nothing was anything to make me go back. Sorry guys, I tried to like it.

Came here for dinner on a Sunday. Not too crowded. Got the pad see ew and green curry. Both had very good flavor. Prices are reasonable and service was fine. Located in a strip mall with plenty of parking. A bit out of the way but would recommend.

Went there this afternoon. No one greet us at the door and we have to wait a couple of minutes before being seated. However, the foods was amazing. Better than some restaurant in my area.

Place was clean. Staff was really nice and answered questions my husband had. Ordered the beef drunken noodles, Thai boat soup, mango rice dessert. All very good and fresh. It was a little pricey, but its like that to eat out anywhere right now.

On Friday March 11, 2022, for lunch I went into the restaurant to order take out. We decided to eat at the restaurant instead. After I already ordered, I informed the girl we were going to eat at the restaurant instead. Another girl stepped in and told us we need to go sit down, and they will go to us to order. The first girl told her that I already paid. I need to sit down. It was obvious that I had limited physical movement due to medical device. I went to sit down at an empty table by the entry door. I was joined by my daughter and three year old grandson. The girl raised her voice at us from across the restaurant. We were told loudly we were not allowed to sit at the table because it was for four people. She proceeded to point at a table in front on the cashier for us to sit. It was so embarrassing that the few people that were there turned around and stared. No one else was told where to sit. We informed her it was okay, we will take the food to go. We sat at a chair with no table. A family came after us and was served and eating. Another woman ordered food for take out, sat down and received her food. Another gentleman came in and ordered. After approximately 40 minutes from the time I walked in the restaurant I walked up to the counter and asked for my order. She smiled and said "Oh I'm working on it now." We received our food and left. I ordered curry shrimp. I told the girl I didn't want it spicy at all. She stated don't worry it's not spicy at all, only by request. It was very spicy with four shrimps and alot of bamboo shoots. I ordered a side of rice because the curry doesn't come with rice. The rice was good. We will never go back. They way we were treated was very uncalled for. Her bad day should not be taken out on customers.
Service is nice, the staff was very nice, food and price unfortunately are not at all. It feels like someone in that kitchen is afraid of seasoning or is trying to cut corners and save money. The prices are a bit on the high side compared to the quality of the food. There are other places that serve better quality food for less.

Only giving 2 starts because the food is good. Service on the other hand isn't. One girl was incredibly rude when I ordered. Then, proceeded to yell from across the restaurant at us about sitting at a big table. I've worked the hospitality business and there is a way to talk to people to address a problem. She could have walked up to us and explained the situation instead of yelling at us from across the restaurant. We were so embarrassed.

Longer wait for food. Food was decent but I was really annoyed that they left out items from my to go order even though they confirmed at time of pick up that it was complete. This wasted my time since I had to return to get the missing items.

Great food and service. The PHO hit the spot last night. Our waitress was great. She definitely earned a good tip. Our order was perfect. She got everything right. She kept stopping by to check on us. We didn't have to wait long at all for our appetizer and main dish. They were quick. Will definitely be going back.
