All the food is great including the the beans and rice. Fish taco is my go to.

I’ve known Los Arbolitos restaurants for having great Mexican food, but this has to be the exception. My daughter ordered an asada quesadilla, it had very little cheese and meat….more than one inch around was just tortilla. I ordered a chile relleno with rice and beans. Rice and beans was the only thing I found decentThe Chile relleno was cold, and when I tried to cut it the knife wouldn’t go through. There was a big chunk that was super stiff. I called the girl and pointed it out asking when had they cooked this and she said that it was prepackaged….not made here at the restaurant. She did offer to make another one which wasn’t too much of a difference….just this time it was hot. I couldn’t believe that they are selling store bought frozen Chile rellenos…I mean I didn’t know I had to ask if they are freshly made or frozen ?. Extremely disappointed . And last but not least, the ranch seemed to be good but as I was eating a French fry with it I detected a horrible taste to it. I don’t know if it was expired or what but it was nasty. When the girl brought me the other Chile relleno I told her about the ranch and this time she did give me an attitude saying that she had just filled the container. Didn’t even show concern or apologized. I will DEFINITELY not be coming back, ever

it is so damn nice to feel welcomed when I walk in there to pick up a delivery and i have to sign for it, it’s almost like they call me a liar or a thief and I haven’t walked out of the store yet with something that’s already been paid for

I busted all over my kids because of there pozole The service was really good , I forgot my wallet at my house and the server let me pay in a different way it was pleasantly satisfying the food was delicious the pozole and taco was so duolingo .

My family and I went for breakfast at Los Arbolitos on Houston avenue and by far the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE at a restaurant we have ever had. My 8 year old even told us that the girls are sooooo nice and the food was bomb (very good) in her words. Friendly staff even hearing them answer all the phone calls even though they were busy and answered them with such a positive attitude. Food was so delicious especially my Menudo ?definitely will be our go from now on.

Do not order take out because they do not get your order correct & just apoligize ans they will try better next time when calling and letting them know & will not refund you your money. Take out was very cold also but instead I'd rather go inside to sit down and eat, this and eat during the morning and lunch shift. Sitting in there the food is amazing and great positive atmosphere, everytime I go to Visalia for lunch time I'd love to stop by & eat there and I tip very well. But again do not order take out, only go in!
