The girls that work the front are always super nice and have our orders memorized because we go there so much. The food is always good and filling. 12 bucks is worth it for the beef and chicken

I bought 3 teriyaki chicken bowls with extra green onions and they were very tasty. We actually went back a day later and ran the same order back.

The spicy teriyaki chicken bowl was good but the spicy tuna rolls were bland and had very little spicy tuna and lots of rice.

Always satisfied with the chicken teriyaki bowls. They come with good portions of chicken. Great spot if you’re looking for something fresh, cheap, and relatively healthy.

This used to be a great place to eat, food was awesome. Now, the service is so bad it's unbearable. Credit card machine "isn't working," long waits, lost my order last time we were in after waiting nearly 30 minutes. And the front staff couldn't care at all about making your visit enjoyable, no point in complaining because no one cares. Good luck guys, I'm done with you.

The person behind the counter was very rude. She wasn't sure if she had enough of whatever I wanted to order. While I am ordering, she never looked up. She was so rude. Not helpful at all and I got very upset and I walked out. She was the same way to the other customers ahead of me. I'm hoping they will fix this situation or I will not be coming back.

The food is never fresh. The chicken in the teriyaki bowls are drier than the Sahara. Overpriced for mediocre food.

Masaru's is the best in town if you are wanting some tasty and quick Japanese food! The chicken salad with my forever favorite!

This place is a Visalian go to for something fast and tasty. My go-to orders are their chicken salad, veggie tempura, chicken/beef rice bowls, green tea ice cream and their ginger chicken wing plate. I love their wings but expect to wait 20+ minutes for them to be ready. I usually call in and order the wing plate ahead of time but during lunch/busy hours you may be hit with the busy tone- just try and call to order again. I’ve heard their Goshen/Akers location is better than this one but overall I love this place.

I was waited on by Erika. I gave my order and she read it back to me so fast that I could not confirm that what she said was what I ordered. I nicely asked her to speak a little slower, that I didn't understand her, and she began yelling at me as she slowly read my order back to confirm it, the second time. I found her attitude to be extremely rude and condescending! The food I received was not good and after being a customer for years (at the first Masaru's, east of town), I have no intentions of ever buying food there.

Chicken bowls!!!

Really good tasting food at a good price. My only complaint was that the chicken was shredded instead of cut and it is pretty dry because of this. Service is always caring and considerate.
