My husband and I are new to Visalia and went in for the first time and was really impressed ! Very good customer service and the food was amazing !!!! They did not disappoint . Will be returning for more.

This place is a little too quiet I could here myself chew. A little music wouldn't hurt. However, the food was really good. The taco bowl was huge and delicious, shrimp cocktail was really good and tasty. Tacos were tacos but the meat was delicious. You would think it's a little on the expensive side but you could spend just as much a jack and the food isn't as good. Definitely recommend.

They charge a 3.5% card fee unless you pay with debit. The customers service was terrible, I felt like a burden ordering food. This is definetly a place you go to when everywhere else is packed or has a long wait time. My cheese in my burrito not melted was cold. My burrito only had 2 ingredients, beans and cheese.

The food here is good and their meats are flavorful. Their burrito bowls are beautiful. Last year their bowls were $9.99 and burritos were $8.99 now they are $16.99 and $14.99. Also be aware that they will ask if your card is debit or credit. I asked to run my card as credit (it has that feature) buuuuut they mean are you using a credit card or a debit card. So I have been charged 3.5% a few times before I just now realized it and their staff do not catch it. Communication goes a long way... it's more than just telling people its explaining it clearly so we aren't charged for using the credit feature if my debit card.That frustration aside. This place is really awesome, their staff (especially the owner) are are very friendly and nice and their restaurant is always clean!This burrito in this visit is HUGE! and very delicious. Be better for how you communicate things though, especially when there is a charge when there doesn't need to be.

I was a loyal customer for over a year coming several times a week. Unfortunately I am a has been now due to the price point. 14.99 for a burrito? That is just too much. The prices literally doubled in less than one year. What was once a fantastic meal deal has now become a last resort for me. Thanks for the good times at least!

Went in for dinner and was told that the fryer was off and they weren't serving a lot of what was on the menu. Someone was eating and sitting on the counter where the food was being prepared and was burping loud enough we could hear it outside.

I must say chicken nachos used to be one of my favorite, it’s been a while since I been there. I went today and got me some chicken nachos and they weren’t good chicken was salty and everything didn’t taste the same as I remember.

If I could give this restaurant 0 stars I would.Food is very subpar. $14.99 for a standard quesadilla without guacamole, basically everything starts at $15 and goes up from there. A large salsa is $8 and they charge $5 for a soda. Food was horrible do not waste your time or money here.

The sad thing is, the food isn't bad. The asada has a good flavor to me and portions are pretty big. The customer service is just awful. After waiting in front of the register we asked for 2 crispy tacos and the girl who took our order was short with me . Like our presence in the restaurant just annoyed her?When we got our order they were soft tacos and I went back and told her as nice as I could. She argued with me and said I didn't say "crispy" yet when I ordered, I actually pointed to the taco shells that were pre made and said 2 crispy asada tacos. She continued to argue with me and finally took the plate and threw it in the trash while glaring at me. She remade the tacos and just sat it on the counter. She was so rude it was actually awkward.The guy working with her noticed her service and when I told her thank you, he responded for her since she ignored me. The place was also dirty, no one cleaned the tables or floors for a while as they were sticky. This place has potential but please hire someone who wants to be around other people and has a glimmer of customer service skills.
