On multiple occasions we've come to this restaurant and had a terrible experience. It's extremely understaffed, you can expect to wait 20 minutes for even small orders. They didn't put the toys in our kids meals last time, and there were only about four fries in each fry box. Super disappointing. Don't try to use the online ordering system, they don't honor it. We don't intend to ever go back to this location again.

Trash....and by trash I'm talking about the manager and staff. Do not go to this McDonald's unless you want cold food and subpar service. Did a curbside pickup and they had us and two other cars waiting over 20mins before a worker came out and played stupid about wherever our orders went thru or not (which they did, confirmed through email) and the whole time they were just sitting on the counter.

Consistently when we order DoorDash from this restaurant we never get our entire order. I’m not talking about just a few items I’m talking about complete meals. It’s ridiculous that they get paid as much as they do and can’t read a monitor screen, put the food that shows on the screen into a bag and give it to the people that order it. Doesn’t sound too hard

Placed a curbside breakfast order @ 5:41. Waited 20 minutes for these clowns to bring me my food. I had to call them at 17 minutes to "remind them" I was waiting outside. If you want a somewhat warm breakfast & waiting around wasting gas is your thing, eat here. Second time I had to wait here. Won't return, not even a "sorry for the wait". If you want a quick, hot, & fresh breakfast, then go to Mineral King McDonald's. They have curbside done in less than 5 minutes

This is the worst mcdonald's ever. Twice already I tried to use a code and they tell me it's been used. I can't use coupons apparently from the app then they blame the app. Not only on top of That they give old food hard and cold multiple times I have made calls to the corporate office and still it is garbage.
