The chicken was excellent but do not, I repeat, DO NOT, get the young coconut. It tastes like death and it does not in fact taste like paradise. Would get the chicken katsu though.

I ordered a combo meal and my food was nasty it was almost as if they had allowed it to sit and be soggy. I then ask to speak to the person in charge and was told he doesn’t speak English…. How can anyone be allowed to run a business and don’t speak English how will he/she be able to perform their job and satisfy the public and communicate it doesn’t make sense. Also, there was a tall cook who had a bad attitude he had round white earrings in his ear and a lighter Hispanic young guy needs training. The food used to be really good when they opened now they seem like they don’t know what they are doing. This restaurant needs to be look at regarding staff. This is the one that’s located in Visalia, Ca

Went there with my son to have lunch, he got the chicken katsu, and the chicken was still raw in the middle, went up to the counter to address my concern and all they could tell me without really looking at the raw chicken was the marinade makes the chicken pink and just laughed it off without even offering to make another one for my son knowing damnwell how sick you can get from eating raw chicken. Will not be eating there again knowing they don't care if there feeding people raw chicken.

The macaroni is delicious, and you can order a fresh, cooled coconut as a refresher during hot summertime days.

Very disappointed. Food tasted like it was cooked on a dirty grill. Food tasted bad! Not sure what's going on, but employees and managers need to bring this place back to where people enjoyed the original Hawaiian food they used to serve.

The green salad is made up mostly of red onion. One bite was enough for me. Made my car stink for a day or two. I will continue ordering from Aloha Express.

I ordered a mini meal for $9.99 I thought I was going to get at least one big beef rib but that's not what I got I got to meet that look like carne asada and then got rice and mac and cheese and cabbage and vegetables it's delicious and everything but it's something that I could have made at home I paid $13 for the mail plus I had to buy the drink extra which I didn't understand cuz I wanted to combo. Smh.. Lol ??‍♀️ next time I'll just go to the grocery store by my food and make it at home instead of spending half of a $20 bill and then get the same but I can cook at home doesn't make any sense. I'm just saying that it's going to say Hawaiian food I thought it was going to be like a different taste or texture or something but it's pretty much the same is going to the grocery store and cooking it. ? .

Service was so friendly and helpful with suggestions substituting items to make your meal as you want it instead of ordering extra items . The meal was good and portions were big and tasty though I was taken with the sauce that accompanies the Chicken Katsu it isn't your traditional taste, but it maintained. The ambiance was nice and clean though I wished the gal cleaning windows would of held back on cleaning in the area I was sitting just as a curtesy until I left. Overall it was a good place .
