I absolutely love to eat Seared Ahi Tuna. I was a line cook for many years. I was in fact in charge of making this appetizer.I ordered the dish and was not pleased at all. The tuna looked old and was very bland. Try serving this with a scoop of jasmine rice, fried spinach and Asian sesame sauce. NOT ? on a bed of lettuce. Especially for $20!! Other than this issue. Dinner was ok.
