RUDE TO VETERANS/ELDERLY! My grandfather asked if they had a veteran discount on food and the girl working laughed at him saying "No. There's not enough of those around here for that to matter" and was rude to them. He was okay with them not having a discount, but the laughing and being disrespectful is very uncalled for! Very sad they would treat any customers like that. Especially elderly and veteran customers.

What can I say? The chefs were the only redeeming quality of my visit, we had to wait in line for 30 minutes during a 'sudden' 4 o clock rush, and when presented with a Panda Express gift card, the manger had no clue what to do, and I ended up having to pay full price for my meal due to the line that had built up, the manager also did not speak fluent English, which only added to the confusion, luckily I speak Spanish as well, otherwise who knows how long I would have been there... (20+people).The food that had been ordered before was dying on the line, and people were irate to say the least. And no, there was no compensation for our wait, or the terrible service. Bless the manager for trying, but it's obvious that the right team wasn't on the job.Food was solid though ?.
I went in 15 minutes before closing and was told all food was put away and they were closed. Well sir you are supposed to close at 10pm and if your closed then your doors should be locked.

Great place, I literally come by here almost everyday to eat and it's a great restaurant to eat at. Great food, new stores, nice people!Kid-friendliness: Kids were mean to again. They threw things at me. Least friendly city in the city. Place is great though.
Ordered online for take out and I get there 3 minutes after the estimated time and they haven’t even started it. It wasn’t busy at all but I didn’t mind. Couple minutes later I get my food then head home. I get there and open my plate and it was chow main instead of my rice even though it said otherwise. I drive back and there’s no customers there. I walk in and the only two girls there don’t even look at me till walk up to them. I tell them what’s wrong and they silently look at me expecting to show them. So I do and they look at each other looking who to blame. Then one gets a box and scrapes what’s left of the hard rice which half fills the box. I took it and left in disbelief of how rude and silent they were after handing me pretty much the left over rice. Never going to this Panda Express ever again. The others have much nicer staff

This is the 2nd time I’ve come here in 2 months and got my orders all wrong.. we literally got someone else’s order last time and didn’t notice til we got home.. tonight in the drive thru I told my wife double check cuz of what happen last time and exactly what happen again! They gave an order that didn’t belong to anyone.. and as I’m here waiting for my order to be fixed another lady is complaining about the same issues!! This is bad management, Bad leadership, Bad training!!!!!! HORRIBLE!!!!

DON'T go through drive thru unless you want the shit that was in the bottom of the pan for hours!!!! Wish I could give a zero rating. My chicken was full of burnt tasting sauce and mushy green beans!!! I'm sure the owners of Panda Express would be appalled at the quantity that's been sent through this store.

When I asked for my order I was told that they were unable to hear me. I spoke up and was told again that I could not be heard. So I spoke very loudly and the girl did not like that so when I got home my order box was only partially filled. Lots of room in my box. That was her way of getting back at me.

Nothing big deal one step ahead from j... good not healthy at all was in trip from Fresno to Los Angeles exit to eat something not too many choices

Got orange chicken and three of the pieces had no chicken in them. Got outside with order, and had asked for 1/2 rice and 1/2 chow mein, and was given all chow mein. Had to go back in to change them fix order. Probably won't bother going anymore!
