Just had a wonderful experience with Panera in Visalia!The cashier Jenny has a great attitude and very friendly. She is hard working I see her managing the cash register, was attentive to my empty dishes and was soon after cleaning the bathrooms as the store was closing. I appreciate her customer service me during my visit.I enjoyed the food.Will come again!

My review is based on service for the past year (delivery and in store). The feedback I’ve received from the store and delivery drivers is that it takes longer for mobile orders to be made now. The drivers tell me Panera Bread used to be their favorite place to pick up orders from because they were so fast and efficient, but things have changed over the past year and there is always a wait time of 5-15 minutes. Why? The manager told me one day their interface changed in which the orders come through. That’s unfortunate because the old system was so much faster.As for the customer service, it’s hit and miss. Some are friendly, some are not. I. I notice LeeAnn is missing, and I miss her. She was always super friendly. Don’t let the good ones go if you can help it.

I really enjoy this Panera. From walking in to leaving, you really get a busy coffee shop experience. Quick ordering, reasonable wait time, and a big enough dining area that there's always a table or booth available. The food is always delicious! Can't go wrong with a Mac n cheese or if you want something sweet, a coffee and muffie are magic. I've made friends here, as there's usually a good crowd gathered. The staff is very friendly, polite, and helpful. You don't get this experience from every Panera but you can expect a good time here!
Customer service is awesome. Some of the best CS in town. Ginger rocks! I only down grade because they've gotten expensive for soup and sandwich and sometimes the place could be cleaner but that's usually when it is busy. Employees have been nice and accommodating.

Of course, the food was great, but what astonished me was the customer service. The elderly gentleman in line ahead of me was greeted by name. He knew the names of the two employees at the register. The employees kindly offered the gentleman a drink option since his usual was out of stock and let him know they would deliver his meal to his usual table. It is rare to find kind, caring people behind registers these days. It was refreshing to hear them engage with the gentleman. Great job.
