Gina made me the wrong pizza twice. She doesn't listen to what the customer orders and she doesn't know her menu. I guess the music was too loud for her to hear the order correctly. I had to ask for a different employee to make my order. Gina gave terrible service.

I baked both pizzas accordingly to the directions & the mini murph pizza was literally black on the bottoms of crust! Had to throw out, horrible!The XLny pizza crust tasted like cardboard & there was barely any cheese. I noticed that the 2 employees were making it once I arrived at store so I suspect they just "threw it together" to get it made quickly for me. Very poor quality. Btw, I order Papa Murphy's all the time so was very surprised that this all happened. I didn't eat any of it, nor did my kids. I usually go to the Lovers Lane location but this time had gone to the one on Caldwell. No good

Their pan pizza with extra cheese, is awesome! Every slice is a meal in itself, there's so many toppings and the extra cheese on top, put it over the top!! ? Service on the morning of 3/30/23 was flawless, (I was their 2nd customer) and there were people picking up and waiting in line, and they were both smooth as butter! I'll definitely be back... Again! ???

I was worried doing take and bake pizza. I got large deep dish and 2 salads. It was soooo easy and really good. The place was nice and clean.
