We recently attended Pizza Factory because it has always been a family favorite but due to the customer service we will no longer attend. My cousin order a pizza and they brought it out to her and specifically called it out by name. It turned out to be someone else’s order and the manager approached us very rudely and started to blame us for the mistake. We explained to her that the employee brought it out and specifically said my cousins name. She continued to blame us for their mistake and even went as far as to take the correct pizza back after it sitting there for almost 1 hr. That same night my husband was with the kids near the arcade area and he overhears the employee who messed up accusing our party of trying to take peoples food. They really should work on their customer service skills and teaching their staff to not bad mouth customers. I guess it’s hard in an establishment where even the owner is EXTREMELY rude.

We ordered pizza for my birthday. My daughter ordered online and picked up at 4:45 PM. Everyone came to the house and the pizza was the worst it has ever been and I can go as far as to say what is the worst pizza ever eaten. we did not call in that night nor did I go back the next day because my husband had just had surgery and I was babysitting grand children. I did go in today with all of the leftover pizza. It was burnt and tough and was extremely hard to chew so we had one entire pizza left over. I was very kind and quiet when I brought this in today and the manager was very sweet. She went to the back to tell the owner and I was issued a refund. As the refund is being issued, the owner comes from the back and says make a note she can’t order pizza from here anymore. Unbelievably RUDE. I went in and spoke very quietly in order to keep this between us, and instead the owner of this place could not have been more rude. Never again.

I and my family absolutely love this place, the pizza, and even the building is fun to enjoy. Fun arcade games to play.The all meat pizza with twisted stix is the best combo in town.I’d knock the game room but it’s not really on the owner that the claw machines aren’t maintained. Whoever owns the games though…??

Had not had their pizza in years so I decided to go for their lunch buffet which is from 11:30am-1:30pm. I arrived about 12:50pm and my choices were 2 Hawaiian pizzas. 1 combination and once slice left of Pepperoni. Which I asked if they were making any fresh pepperoni and worker didn't know. Pizza had been sitting there since 11:30 I'm assuming as it wasn't so fresh. I had myself a salad bar and a slice since no pepperoni was available. Salad bar was decent with average toppings. There was also some sort of breadsticks available which I passed since they looked old already. Also it is extra for a drink. Place was clean from what I saw but then again there want many people eating at lunch time hours. I'm sure I won't be back for buffet but I will order pizza to go as I do remember enjoying their pizza.

We drive from Kingsburg for the pizza! This is our favorite pizza factory! The pizza is the best we've had from any location and the staff is so friendly. The salad bar is a total win too. It's always well stocked and clean. Thanks for making great pizza and being an enjoyable experience every time we stop in.
We wanted Pizza, and Pizza Factory has always been good.However, we had a harsh realization that the price of food went up drastically. I've never really paid attention to how much it was but today I asked for an extra drink.One single drink, and was shocked to learn that a 32 oz drink, in a paper cup was ...$4.38The person attending me saw the shocked in my face as I repeated the amount to her "$4.38 for a drink?" She simply shook her head in a up and down motion...Well unfortunately, today will be the last time I buy a drink (soda) for that price.

Very good pizza a little pricey but what isn't now days . I rather spend a little more and eat a factory pizza ? than any other pizza for about the same price and pizza factory is so delicious ?. Very professional and friendly I highly recommend you go eat there.

Nice fastfood pizzaria and extended salad bar. Not to crowded jo load music,, good food. Nothing wrong here to eat. Mind you, they close at 20:00..
