We purchased a meal that included red beans and rice and we ordered mash potatoes, however,when we got home our order for mash potatoes was missing and because it is in Visalia it wasn't worth returning for a refund. Fast food is expensive nowadays so missing food items from an order could get even more expensive.

Do not come to this place within 1hr. before closing, you most likely need to wait 30min. for them to cook more chicken. Service was terrible and they forgot my extra pieces of chicken and extra biscuits instead. I had to drive back wait 25 minutes to make more chicken and didn't even care about there mistake.This in unacceptable in day and age. They are going to be making $20hr. in few days, which is crazy for fast food and they will still be making these same stupid mistakes.In my opinion KFC is much tastier and always fast.

If I could give a zero I would. Not one to typically do a survey. Have worked customer service for a very long time so I know how they can affect a place. But today this place is definitely deserves. I won’t get into much detail as I already sent a very lengthy email to corporate. But this place has very poor management and staff. Literally the employee called me a liar because I said I was missing food from my order. Loud and clear the manger laughed and says I can’t control what they say. Mind you I just spent 50 bucks. It wasn’t like I said I was missing my whole order it was fries and a sandwich. Your staff/ management need to be retrained with customer service skills. Or the company need to hire other people that take pride in their work. Will never spend a penny at this place again.

Went there yesterday and none of the chicken was cooked properly. My children threw up all night because the food was not cooked fully through. They are in a rush.Made us wait to receive the food but failed to cook it. For got to mention they always forget our food but are quick to rush you off.

Overall 1/10 (only getting a 1 because the food was good) but the staff was HORRIBLE ! We ordered online and went to pickup about 15 minutes after, we pulled up to the drive thru and told us to wait 5-10 minutes, the front was full from others waiting as well, while waiting I noticed everyone had gotten out to grab their orders as they weren't being brought to the cars. Finally my gf went to get our food after about 10 minutes and she waited inside for an additional 5. She had to go back inside because they forgot our drink. When she went back nobody acknowledged her, she told one of the guys they forgot our drink and he didn't say anything, just went on to do something else...she had to wait another 7 minutes until she was finally able to get our drink. After she came back I noticed they didn't give us our sauces or utensils so I went inside this time and same thing ! I wasn't acknowleded at all !! I made eye contact with 3 different employees and none of them asked if I needed something (you could clearly tell I was upset). Once again waiting a good amount of time for something so simple, I had to wait til the cashier was done with her guest to be helped. She was nice enough to give me extra sauce & utensils. She was the only one who looked like she was actually working, she honestly looked stressed. If it was busy I would understand the amount of time we had to wait, but they were slow and just talking to each other. As someone who works retail/has worked food, I try to give the benefit of the doubt but this was just ridiculous...do better.

Ordered food on the Ap. Walked into the store they could not find my order at first, after about 10 minutes they found it. Continued to wait for my food. Then they told me they could not fulfill my order and they could not refund my money. Took nearly 30 minutes for them to do this. No offer of any thing to make it better. Just sorry we can't make your food. Worst customer service ever and I had the pleasure of paying $42 to stand in their restaurant and wait to not get food.
