Rainbow Drive-in has the best food. All of it is cooked fresh when ordered. The vegetables are all super crisp and fresh, and their pastrami is amazing. The Happy Special burger has peppers, avocado, pastrami bacon--it is so good!

The food and service is always great here. It was nice to be able to sit inside now that all the Covid restrictions are lifted. Nice and quiet to be able to sit and enjoy a hamburger. Highly recommend definitely a five star.

Man! If you want a real burger that is delicious, Rainbow is the place to go. Their crinkle-cut fries are old fashioned yummy. The employees are very welcoming, and this location on Tulare is so clean. Charming. A real winner.

Pulling up you question whether or not this is drive through ... wonder how it works. However, the reviews made me demand a pastrami. Inside, it's actually larger than what it seems from the outside. It was very clean and had a decent amount of people either dining or waiting for food (good sign). I told them it was my first visit, and ordered the pastrami sandwich, pastrami bacon burger, fries. They had fried pickles as a special so I added them. The young lady and, what I assumed was the owner were, very nice. The owner personally packed my bag and told me to try the fried Okra with the thousand island dressing ... on the house! It was very sweet of him. The food was delicious. He was right, the okra with thousand island was really good! I LOVED the fried pickles. The pastrami was delicious and the burger outstanding! I think I found my new burger joint! Thanks to the owner! Once I found his name I'll repost.

Lettuce-wrapped Ortega Chile bacon cheese burger for me, BLT for my Mom. Both were fantastic. Plenty of bacon on hers. Mine had lots of lettuce, not just a few leaves. Cup of ice cream was huge. Big servings all around. Whole menu looks good. She's 74, said she felt like she was back in high school . Definitely going back!Dietary restrictions: Lettuce-wrapped burger was awesome!
