Picked up my order with a specific note to have garlic twists be soft and doughy. Food was completed overcooked and crunchy. Couldn't even eat any of the 12 twists we ordered because they were rock hard and overdone. Checked our other pizza and it was also completely dry and overdone. Kaitlin the Shift Manager personally reached out to me to discuss the concern and went above and beyond to make the situation right. While it was disappointing in the moment, I am happy to say their customer service and management do what they can to correct an issue.

We ordered the xl 1/2 cheese 1/2 with pepperoni. It was delicious! And, when i reheated next day for my lunch...still delicious!

Order was wrong on the first delivery. called back after they replaced the delivery and informed staff that the order was missing an item and I was accused of lying and that they wouldn't give me a refund. Never will I order from here again. Had to go get my kids alternate options since the order was messed up a second time.

So myself and my family went in to have dinner after trick or treating, I had my mother, sister, nefew, son, 2 daughters and all there kids so alot of us how ever we decide to go to round table in Mary Vinyard where my oldest grand daughter works the cashier linda was very sweet and said would we like to use my grand daughters discount well I said yes how ever we had several orders since everyone was paying for there family but then a lady comes walking out fast from the back her name Cheryl Regan actting like we were trying to rob the place and we were poor and needed the discount she walk back to back where she began talking about myself and family not knowing we were making are salads and hearing everything she was saying she laugh and every time we went to make a salad or get a drank she made sure to come out from the back and watch us I also felt sorry for the cashier she keep trying to act like she was doing something wrong the cashier look really sad when cheryl keep telling her stuff so as I was leaving I went to this cashier to let her know I was sorry if she got into any trouble and let her know I was going to call the manager in the morning and once again here comes cheryl to see what I'm saying to the cashier I swear she made my whole family feel like we were trying to rob the place or get discounts like we didn't belong there like we were dirty or something maybe cause she seen a bunch of Mexican but it was not cool and for my 77 year old mother to say did we do something wrong or does she need more money was very sad that she felt that way round table you just lost mine and my family business

Just had my small pizza delivered hot and in good time!
We went in and got a pizzia with a salad bar. The lady forgot to give us plates or napkins. We had to keep waiting while she keot joking around at the register chatting away. Then we had to wait to get a box.I like Pizza Guys,more ingredients and flavor. Even Ceasars is better then Round Table.

Food is great! We always get a pizza, wings, twist and the salad bar. But the service was horrible!!! This lady at the counter short girl with colored eyes kept "reminding" us that the only person that can go to the salad bar is the ones that paid understandable but when you constantly harass us for the same thing that we aren't even doing is being extreme. That person was so rude and came in to the dining area we were sitting at to accusing me of getting extra ranch that I didn't get saying how if we just want ranch we have to pay extra and that the ranch at the salad bar was only for salad. I wasn't even getting ranch I got seeds. She just wanted to yell at someone because she was having a bad day! She had a problem with us when we came in and continued to be rude to us until we left.
