The selection of boba is incredible, truly something for everyone, and you can even have extras like ice cream on top! We were a little disappointed because we ordered three drinks via DoorDash and only received two. When following up our dasher they claimed they were only given two drinks. How do you not check the order before you leave? So unfortunately, I have to give this place a mediocre rating. The bobas are really good. I will go in next time and not order online as that probably caused some kind of confusion. They are worth your patronage despite my experience!

Very happy I can now get good boba or lychee jelly without having to go all the way to fresno. Lots of drink and customization options. The prices are very similar to most other boba shops. Staff were friendly and were helpful when I asked their option on which drink to get. I got a strawberry tea (green tea) 100% sweetness with lychee jelly, it was very good.

Suuuuper sweet staff. 5/5 customer service. My drink was delicious. I had forgotten to add boba to my drink and they were kind enough to remake my drink for me. Very clean atmosphere. Would definitely recommend to everyone

Slow freaking service! I get that it's not busy but are you kidding me?! You have two employees, stop being on your phones, and stop being so slow with doing anything! I don't think I'll be coming back here either. Drinks are expensive. When you're in a rush they could care less!

If you like Thai tea, order it blended. It is life changing. I typically get a blended Thai tea w mini boba or half boba and half mini boba. It is absolutely the best Thai tea I've ever had. The service is above and beyond. If you have questions, they answer them for you, they ask questions to see what you like to fit you w the "right drink" for you. They are always smiling and cheerful and patient. The team members there are overall helpful and amazing. They offer WiFi and there are plenty of chairs and tables spaced out where you can chill, work, do schoolwork, prepare for a meeting or interview, just a number of things in general. Oh and they have a good music selection.

I’ve tried all the boba places in Visalia and ShareTea is my favorite. They’re generous with the boba pearls, the teas have good flavor and body, and the service is fast and friendly. I really recommend Okinawa tea if you want something nuanced that isn’t overly sweet, and Hokkaido if you prefer something rich.
