It also took extra time for the manager to jump on a register knowing there were 20+ ppl. In line, but was standing observing the line build up. Just as we were finishing transaction was she motivated to open another register. Very tight in the salad bar area, hard to keep tidy. Got my steak and it was looked to have been thrown on plate without regard, uneven cook but did not want to send it back and big down Our server(Juan), who was very nice, accommodating and truly made up for the lack luster dinner. He was talking to my mom who loves to chat to people but kept it short enough to where she wouldn't keep him from serving his other tables.

I did not have a good time on 4/13/24. I had a panic attack in the store due to being crowded out by staff. I was so excited to go to Sizzlers because I had not been in a long time. I grabbed my first plate for the salad bar, put some salad on it, and went to get salad toppings. A man restocking bins came up to my left and grabbed an item I was trying to reach. None of the bins were half empty, so I was surprised it was being topped off. Another employee came to my right to wipe up spills and clean between bins. I was so uncomfortable with how close they were to me that I stepped away for them to work. I stood by the soda machine waiting for the restock to finish until an employee asked if I was okay. I told her I had anxiety and was waiting to get to the salad bar, but it was being restocked. She said they have to get in there when they can, and I told her I understood. So I stood there for a few minutes until my husband came to get me. I was already crying and panicking, so I told him I just wanted to leave. We spent $41 for the two of us to not eat there. He was able to take his burger to go, but the meat and bun were both burned. The fries were good, though. I do not recommend others with social anxiety to go during busy hours. The employees were not accommodating of personal space, which I should have known better. I don't know if I'll come back. I used to really like it there.

Me and my husband came to sizzles this evening remembering how as a kid/teen this was the best buffet in town. This is not the case anymore. Do not waste your money.... very disgusting. Our server was friendly. But this is all. I literally started dry heaving in parking lot because of the food.

I ate here yesterday 4/2/24 and it was so great! It was priced Fairly (better than EVERYWHERE else right now) and the food was cooked perfectly. The service was amazing and atmosphere was very family friendly. They definitely have my business. Great job to whomever is managing right now and the workers. The hostess was great as well!!!Kid-friendliness: The atmosphere was perfect for family dining. The kids will be happy with a salad bar plate because of all the different options.

We had the Malibu Chicken, the Italian Herb Chicken & I think something called the Fisherman's platter with the salad bar. They were all very good. The salad bar had lots of variety, so it was great!I'm glad they remodeled. It was a very nice and much needed improvement. We will be back!

Went here recently and the food was horrible, the salad bar was just alright, the food was dry and sat out for a while. The service was exceptional everyone was on their job and friendly.
It was a nice dinner had the dinner salad bar it was good just wish there was more hot food to choose from or at least switch it up here and there

The sirloin steaks we ordered was thin compared to normal sirloin steak and was over cooked so it was tough to eat.The server did great job at making sure drinks were refilled and anything needed.Newly remodel facility looks brighter.
