Wet in the afternoon before work to order a coffee. They were out, but didn't tell me I would have to wait 15 minutes. This was after I paid. I was on my way to work with only a couple of minutes to begin with. The manager made it up , but still? It's a coffee shop with a drive thru! Went back and ordered the pumpkin spice late, open it once I got to work and it was flat and 2/3 full. This place does not have a phone number listed. Very kind staff, amazing at this very location, excellent customer service, very welcoming, and great artwork/decor. It is also a great place to get coffee, cold or hot, it doesn’t matter because the staff will give it their all. This is also a go to for me when I get coffee commuting on my way home, especially a hot caramel macchiato. I’d also get a cake pop, which is a quick and insanely delicious delicacy. Thanks again guys I really enjoyed the experience at this location.

I always order in the app and I don't know if that's why I always have a problem at this Starbucks but every time I get to the window they seem to have lost my order and have to look for it. I have to show my mobile receipt and then they find it. This time I ordered 2 frappuccinos, both with extra caramel drizzle. Both of them had NO caramel drizzle at all. I called and told them about their mistake and all I was told was "so what do you want us to do about it? ". I've never had rude customer service at any other Starbucks.

I have it next to my house and I have to drive more because they don't know how to make the drinks and their customer service is horrible. I always have a bad experience when I order here. Today I ordered drive up and one of my drinks was a grande Frappuccino and They gave me a tall and when I told them he grabbed the cup and she told me we will make it the right size for you and ended up giving me the same drink just changed the cup and put much more whipped cream, and I got out of the car to go back and tell them that it was a joke, the girl in front of the counter was embarrassed and sweet but the people who make the drinks are super bad-facedStarbucks's needs to teach its employees to serve their customers and recognize when they are wrong, mistakes are normal, I work in customer service and I could never behave rudely to my customers

It’s right down the street from my house but i’d rather drive to the one on Noble cause any drink I order here is always wrong somehow. also the customer service here is absolutely horrible. I ordered my drink on the app and like always it gave me a time to pick it up. I was gonna go through the drive thru and when i got there I noticed there were a few cars in front and it said my drink would be ready in 3 minutes so I decided to go in and figured that by the time it was my turn my drinks would be ready. when I pulled up to the speaker the time that was given to me had already passed by a few minutes and I told the lady i had a mobile order and was there to pick it up. she sighed and in a rude way said that next time I should wait longer because I ordered 5 drinks and they weren’t ready. I wasn’t gonna argue so all I said was okay. Pulled up to the window and i still waited 10+ minutes for my drinks and the lady gave me a mean look. if I hadn’t paid for the drinks beforehand I would’ve absolutely left. this was also the last time i went to this starbucks.I understand we all have rough days and we get tired throughout the day but that is no reason to be rude to the customers for any reason.

So far so good! This location is on the east side of town near 4 schools so it can get busy at certain times of the day. The drive through is quick and so is the counter service. The employees have been friendly and upbeat when I've gone which adds a little extra pep in my step. My drinks have been made to order and let's hope that continues as the novelty of the location wears off.
