This is one of three Starbucks that I frequent every week. This Starbucks is definitely the friendliest Starbucks with the best staff! The vibe is always on spot, the greeting when I walk in is so friendly, and it’s my preferred Starbucks to go to if I can work it out in the morning. Keep rockin, Goshen/Akers, we see you!

The manager on duty was extremely rude when I was missing an item from drive thru. She acted like I was trying to get a freebie and never apologized for the mistake when I had to come in and wait even longer for a mistake they did. I understand this happens but the mod seemed bothered about it.

This is one of the 2 Starbucks that I frequent. Employees are super friendly, great food, clean lobby, and overall cool vibe. Drive thru can be busy at nights on weekends but night crew kills it.

Atmosphere was nice but I ordered my drink thru the app and even told them when I got there about my customizations and they cheated out on toppings. Why have customization options if you’re gonna still be minimal? The amount of top you see is all I got.

This used to be the best Starbucks in town. The staff that have been there more than a few years are still amazing, but the folks they've hired more recently are awful. If Peggy is working, just leave. One time it took him three tries to make my drink and he still got it wrong even when it was a mobile order and the sticker was correct and he acted like it was my fault he put water instead of milk. I don't remember the last time I went and had my drink right on the first try even when there are no customizations. Multiple partners don't know their menu, and often even get the size wrong and they're so rude when you ask for the correct drink. It's a shame because I miss going and seeing the awesome baristas. It's just not worth spending 20 minutes and $7 to get the wrong drink with a side of bad attitude.

If Chris Q is working just turn around and go to a different Starbucks. Never gets my order right. When I tell him he got the drink wrong he gets mad and just grabs my drink from me without saying anything. Terrible all around.

This location only has one bathroom for all the customers. I come here often to use the bathroom because I drive for work. Have been here the bathroom is dirty and unkept. There’s no toilet paper and there’s no seat covers. as a nurse, I recognize this as a concern for public safety and customer health.Who’s in charge of cleaning their bathrooms ? Why is it never appropriate ?I don’t take my phone into the bathroom , otherwise I would take pics

I have never asked starbucks to remake a drink. The 1st Carmel frapp was awful. Nothing but ice and water taste. Asked the girl to remake another, the girl was VERY rude. The whipped cream was melted on the 2nd one and even more watery and tasted the same watered down milk. Then when I left, she made a rude comment to me. Starbucks needs to find a better or train their employees about customer service. That employee needs to work somewhere else. Will drive to another location opening
