Haven't been to a Subway for YEARS...today dove into the one on Mooney because I was dog-tired and hungry. Can't say enough about this woman...she was doing the work of 4 people. The line mid-afternoon started to get long; but she held a positive and gracious attitude the entire time. This was the first time I've tipped for counter service. Wrote the corporate office praising the employee. Will start coming back again.

Bread was fresh, and once we were acknowledged, service was fast. However, seemed to be a bother to the young lady we first encountered. They had no meatballs, and had to find a different sandwich.

Messed up my sandwich twice I said which one I wanted toasted but still can't get it right and added mustard which was never brought up I was paying so I did not see this one being made

Food was great like always, In reality 5 star go to your employee (served by 6464)… he was all by himself and restaurant was getting busy, he never lost his cool really friendly, polite, over all great service.

We have been going to this store often on Saturdays. Have always been greeted and acknowledged. On Sunday 7/23/23, we went in and were not acknowledged, period. The lady at the register was having a problem with a refund and her coworker was not very forthcoming with info on how to correct. In fact, he was rude. When that issue was cleared, he helped the two guys who came in just before us. When he was done with them, he picked up online or phone in receipts and started to prepare those orders. We still had not been acknowledged by either employee or asked if we were ready to order. We decided to leave and go to A&W for a great hamburger and root beer and GREAT customer service.

Server seemed to care less about being there. I had to go to my car to get a coupon. I left $20 for my order. I came back in with coupon, and was told I left no money. Just recently being out of the hospital, I had no energy to argue with her so I payed again. I do know she pocketed that 20. I will never buy my subs there again, and I hope nobody will.

Ok it was my first time going in this subway on 6/26Love there service one of them I believe she was the manager love how she talks to the other workers it was funny how a young guy called her “boss”and she said Maria please!!! love the fresh bread veggies amount of sauce everything was great I will be back to this location I recommend this location

Service and broccoli soup was amazing but the OWNER does not let me buy a bread and I'll pay the extra so I can eat with my soup , I got crackers instead, I'm not coming back I'll just go to Panera , Very dissapointed

If I could give a 0 zero review I would of but bad customer service plus when you ask for extra veggies they are tight asses I'm never coming back I'm willing to pay extra plus bathrooms are very filthy

The 1 time I came into this store, there was only 1 employee working, however this woman took care of all the customers in a very professional manner & did a great job at multi tasking considering she was doing multi orders by herself. All my food was correct and I was happy. She did a great job!

Management is horrible really rude and don't know how to properly manage a store I've seen the way they talk to there employees a couple of time when I've gone for food and they have no manners at all needs to management in both stores Houston and Mooney

I went to the drive-thru to order a sub when I got home it was very soggy. I think they just get in a hurry, it's located on Akers and Cypress. Do you want a pretty good sandwich a little bit pricey save Mart on Akers and Goshen is pretty good.
