Stopped by for breakfast this morning. Jalapeño grits are excellent. Chicken fried steak is a very generous portion and tastes excellent. Our server was Samantha and she was excellent. Gave us great recommendations, spot on for service. Checked on us numerous times and always had a smile Great

Went during rush hour on Sat. Horrible idea, but worth the wait. They need more waitresses and a better waiting service. We waited over an hour. Wish we had those disks that alert you when it's your turn...

The food was really good. My waitress was amazing, but I don’t remember her name. Very bubbly & super nice! Food came out quick as well. The chairs & tables are a little uncomfortable though. Seating area could be nicer other than that this place is really good.

So...I'm a bit of a Chicken Fried Steak aficionado. I've had many. I've rarely had CFS that met my standards though. I just had one that exceeds my standards though.The best Chicken Fried Steak I've ever had comes from an unassuming cafe in an industrial part of Visalia, CA. This one was perfectly cooked and seasoned, nice and tender, with the lightest and airiest crust I've ever experienced. The gravy had the perfect consistency and salt level, while carrying more peppery heat than I'm used to seeing, but which I found delightful. The one thing I'll change next time is to ask for no green onions.C had a Breakfast Banana Split and loved that too.Table 57 replaced the previous "The Cafe," where I had previously experienced one of the best CFS back in 2018, and which was "Tommy's Cafe" before that. I don't remember angels singing when I had that previous CFS though...

If you're ever in Visalia, CA, you gotta check out Table 57! The food there is so yummy, and the service is awesome. I had their breakfast burrito, and it was just the right size and packed with flavor. My wife tried the tri tip and eggs plate, and she loved it. The tri tip was cooked perfectly, and it was super tasty! We're definitely going back there for more!

Lunchtime..... I had the protein plate and husband had pastrami sandwich with salad. Mine was delicious and filling. Not very crowded, but there 1.5 hrs before close. Server nice and attentive, nice place for breakfast or lunch!!!!

Table 57 has an unusual location in a commercially/industrial zoned area, like where you might get your chain saw repaired or buy bark mulch. The inside is clean and bright. I had iced tea and huevos rancheros. Delicious with big home style potatoes. I am not normally a fan of stacked food but the stack let all the flavors permeate. Quite good! And very attentive wait staff. They are only open until 2 pm so pay attention to time.
