After a quick Google search for mexican food, saw this place rated as 5 stars. When I got here I saw it was a food truck, and though I was expecting a restauraunt, I decided to try it anyway. (Can't say I have ever been disappointed by a food truck.) So as my rating of 5 stars shows, I was very happy. Food was great, worker was super nice, answered all our questions. Don't hold back on the green asada wet burrito. Both the asada and sauce are packed with flavor, definitely not washed down. Aguachiles were also very good, raw shrimp was on point and sauce was spicy as it should be. As a bonus you have the snowy mountain as a backdrop
