I hardly ever do reviews but I was very impressed by the food at The Jade. The food was fresh, amazing flavor, and a lot larger than i had anticipated. My husband had the Mongolian Beef and Chicken; it definitely had a kick to it but not unbearable. I ordered the Beijing Chow mien with shrimp and it had a kick as well but milder than the Mongolian Beef and Chicken. I think we paid an average of $16 for each plate. I felt like it was a great value for the quality and quantity. I literally drove from Tulare to Visalia because none of the Chinese food in Tulare is that good. I will definitely make that drive now when I want Chinese food. Highly recommend!

My go to Chinese food spot in Visalia. I’ve tried other spots and they don’t compare at all to Jade’s flavors and options.

Our favorite place to fill our Chinese food kick. All ways pleasant and always ready on time when we arrive for pick up. Our favorites are spicy beef and broccoli. Spicy beef w/ Green beans. Last but not least fried rice add chicken.

The food is really good and our waitress was very kind, BUT after everyone at my table got their food and were almost done she finally came out to tell me my dish would be 2 more mins. I don't understand what happened there but it was definitely not good. Needless to say I canceled my order as everyone else was almost done. Maybe I'll come again and things will better. Also, 2 iced teas is almost $9.00 what the heck is that?
Good food. Unfortunately my son and I found 2 staples in our chow mein. Almost swallowed the staples. Thankfully we felt them beforehand. Must've been accidental. Definitely a scary experience. Would try again as I've never had issues before.

The broth of the soup was lacking g flavor and the price was a bit high.
Nice and clean restaurant. Staff is friendly and quick. Prices very high. It was $24 for two plain dinner soups.

I'm not really sure what some of these bad reviews are about. The food was amazing. Egg drop soup was very good. Egg roll appetizer was hot and fresh. I got the bang bang shrimp/chow Mein/fried rice and it was delicious. My wife got sweet and sour chicken and the chicken was tender and breading was perfect crunchiness. Definitely recommend!

Very sad to see it so bad , they sold it to some one that can't cook good food, I had war won tong soup it was so watered down with no flavor and no mushrooms or onion in it. The stuffed wrappers in it were bland as hell. I haven't ate there in about three years, I was so disappointed and they charged $3.00 for one Lipton bag in water, it used to be a dollar for green tea . I took my soup home and added mushrooms onions and beef broth, I will never go back!!!!!!
