This place sells pretzels, what more can you ask for. I really like 'em too, like they really solid, I think some days they even better than Aunt Anne's cause I swear I get bored of getting the same pretzels sometimes so I like to come here and switch it up. Gerthy Approved.

Horrible service and pretzels were old. It's very expensive. Don't try the strawberry lemonade it's beyond sour. I don't recommend this place at all. When your in the Visalia mall go to the other pretzel place across from the jewelry store. This one is the pretzel place in the food court. Stay away.

Bad management, burned pretzels & bad icee drink with no flavor. I got humiliated and laughed out!! Supposedly burned pretzels is how people love them and I guess I lost my taste. Seriously we need wetZels pretzels out of Visalia mall.

Customer service was awful. I went back to say that they were flavorless and the staff was awful. I did not ask for a refund, but when I asked for salt, she gave me nothing but attitude.

Pretzels were burnt on the bottom and the service was awful .. Sorry but if you're going to deal with customers maybe leave the attitude at home .. My husband and I won't be going back ...
