I always thoroughly enjoy the treats made at this shop. If I'm trying to get a positive response out of someone I bring a dish along to loosen any resistance. Highly recommendedKid-friendliness: The staff is always attentive to my children.Wheelchair accessibility: Yogurtland Is wheelchair accessible.

This location is a big disappointment. Don't get me wrong, frozen yogurt can be good if they actually had some good flavors out but every time there's supposed to be a special event thing going on, they never actually participate in any of it. For Example: They always claim to be out of the item, or that they didn't receive the big spoons at all or they just don't hand anything out at all, or they just hand them out to only friends & family (while thinking no one is actually paying attention to them) & just like this last special event with the Crocs shoe charms, surprise surprise the same thing happened they didn't hand them out & when asking the first employee who was just standing at the toppings station they claimed they didn't receive any & then while asking the other lady at the cash register she claimed they ran out. Sadly none of the employees here can even stick to one story.

Like it but unfortunately Visalia’s location doesn’t have the No Weigh Wednesday event. Employee advised the nearest one that does do it is in Hanford.

I took my family today for the spend $10 & get a mystery color big spoon & the 5 ladies up front were just standing around gossiping about none work related inappropriate stuff, not worried about the toppings being out or being low or helping customers, but instead 4 out of those 5 were being rude to the customers, pointing at a few customers & laughing. I spent almost $20 & when I asked the cashier lady about the spoon she gave us a dirty look, was very rude about it & said she had to go get the spoons in back & it would take awhile & cause the line to back up. Then one of the other lady workers was talking to a few younger girls standing in line behind us & she then handed her a few big spoons. So when I pointed this out, the cashier lady got upset & mumbled under her breath & handed me a big spoon. Then we had to ask for regular spoons for our ice cream because she didn't even hand us any & she had the nerve to say you got the giant spoon so use that, then she walked away to the back. The ice cream is tasty & when they are stocked up with toppings they're good as well but the customer service is definitely not good enough for me to return to this location or to spend my money here ever again. This was definitely a bad experience & ruined our day.Parking: Mall parking is free but can definitely be hard to find a parking spot.

Faith was the main reason for my review. She was caring and compassionate. Bless her. The owner is also very kind.

Loved it here so much would recommend.

I really like this location because it’s open until late and cheaper prices than others, however there’s always 2 or more broke machines so we are stuck with limited flavors

Went last night at 10:15 pm (closes at 11pm). They already had the store closed up (seats put up, all syrup type toppings put away, taking trash out in front of customers). The store had 3 to 4 sets of customers come inside during my visit so it wasn't dead. The staff person had her family there, she was holding a child hanging talking and not working. Only 4 of the 10ish machines had yogurt, very weak flavors to choose from. I asked for the caramel or chocolate syrup and she said they are already put away for closing. The dry toppings were still out. If you want to close at 10 then change the store hours but do not close down because you want to go home exactly at 11.

We came to the Visalia location in the Visalia Mall at 10:25PM and the ladies working informed us that "THEY WERE CLOSED" even though their website states they close at 11. I was really disappointed.

It's the first store in the mall so no long walks.

Brandon, your kindness today was a great teaching moment for my granddaughters. They learned about paying it forward! How sweet of you to let me know you don't accept hundred dollar bills but you took my $4.00 and said have a nice day. I told you I would be back and the girls were so happy to take you a little more than enough!I hope your boss knows what an awesome employee you are. Thank you so much, your parents should be very proud!

i love their yoghurt but they don't have many fruit choices.

I have gone into this location multiple times, and every time they are missing over half of their flavors. It is also unclean. Sometimes, I just turn around and leave.I have been to so many Yogurtland locations, as it is my favorite chain but this location is by far my worst experience.

Always love the diverse flavors & toppings! The cheese cake bites & cookie dough are my favorite, however, as I was scooping those 2 toppings, I noticed that there were Monday (3/27) day dots on the containers they were in.. mind you today is Thursday (3/30) and both of the toppings did taste old and a little sour. The employee was also standing around with another man on his phone doing nothing, instead of maybe throwing away the expired toppings. None the less, the yogurt is good (:
