Finally got to visit this place. Knew of it and how great their beer was from Chris as we are in the same Queso Diego cheese club. Had an amazing stop on St. Patty's day. Lots of tasty beer and seltzers Edgar took very good care of us and was such character to chat with! Thanks for making our visit over the top amazing. I highly enjoyed the huckleberry seltzer and even got a crowler to go.

This is in CoLab in San Marcos. The beer is very good & the selection excellent. I was there for Trivia night so the place was packed. The server was very friendly & answered few questions it a smile. The place is not too noisy in spite of the acoustics. With the two breweries, winery, burger place and its proximity to the freeway, this is a touristy place.

Barrel and Stave has great drinks, great servers, and great atmosphere. It's the only bar I can feel like and afford to be a regular at in North County.

AUS-ZEA Hazy IPA and Notorious PUB both are yum! Sitting at the bar is comfortable. Great environment. Friendly service. Definitely a must visit.

This place opened up recently along with a couple other breweries and a winery. Barrel and Stave is killing it on beer selections and styles. Great Alt Beer "Original beast" and coffee stout "Monstraveza". Actually everything I have tried is great including their IPAs. Convienient burger joint is included in the same space. I would recommend pairing their Original Beast with a burger. I keep forgetting to take more photos.

This brewery was so great in the Co-lab in Vista! The service was also top notch! I could tell the bartender really cared about the company because they asked us to let them know what we thought about each of the beers. The flight was very tasty and I really enjoyed the pb nanner, it tasted so much like peanut butter!This was my favorite brewery of the three at the beer hall!

Plenty of beer styles for just about anyone. The beers are unique and creative, but after all well-balanced and drinkable. Original beast is excellent if you're looking for something not so hoppy, or Vista haze if you want an IPA with a unique hop type.
