First time trying this place, we live local here in Vista. I rate it 4 out of 5, our server was great, she took great care of us. The food was presented great but was just ok! We went during lunch time. We will try it again and next time we'll come for breakfast.

What a great find! Had a nice meal here in early afternoon on a week day. The cafe had no wait and the service was friendly and efficient. The ambiance is like stepping back in time, clean and cozy. Nice menu, with a huge variety of options. I opted for a pork chop dinner with everything being perfectly cooked. The chops were thin, yet juicy and the mashed potatoes and gravy were delish. I could not believe how large the salad was that came before the dinner. After the meal, the check came with a small dish of delicious tapioca pudding. What a treat! Great meal.

Awesome neighborhood cafe. Fabulous staff, friendly and helpful. Fish and Chips are way better than most. The fish didn't get soggy on the bottom.

We had Breakfast at Coyote Cafe in Vista, CA. this morning.The home fries are outstanding. the coffee hot and good. The waitresses are very friendly and attentive, great service! the inside is larger than it seems from the outside.I highly recommend it. We will be going back again.

Went for breakfast this morning and had an excellent Spanish omelet. Don't miss the homemade biscuits-they are delicious. Definitely going back and will recommend the Coyote Cafe to friends and family.Vegetarian options: Lots of delicious vegetarian options.

We eat here a lot & rarely have a bad experience. Today, however, we ordered three eggs Benedict which arrived cold . The ham was burnt and tasted like burned flesh smells. She took off $1.00 for each plate, but come on, for real. Could've saved a bad review. For mgmt, today is 1-02-2024 @ 2:00 pm.

Service was extremely slow. Staff was more interested in socializing than bringing food. The food was cold when got to table. It took almost 10 minutes to get Bill. If you do not mind waiting to order, get your food or bill so you can leave, not a bad place for an only ok
