I grew up in down town vista and always wanted to check this place out. My first experience was a few months ago when I ordered a coffee. I was the only one inline for about 15 minutes waiting for someone to notice me while I saw multiple open tables not a single hello or we will be right with you. When I called to order the 2nd time a lady answered, she sounded upset or annoyed. When I placed my order she asked me "is that right, you sure you want that" and I've definitely felt a bit offended since I had repeated myself at least 4 time after I ordered soup. Didn't even give me an estimated pickup time and hung up. I tried to call back but they only picked up the phone and hug up. Not a nice place ! :(

One of the best brunch spots in Vista! Although their food is plenty good (I tried their pancakes and traditional breakfast, both solid), my favorite part was how good their coffee is. Usually at a sit-down cafe that specializes in breakfast you'll get some decent or good coffee at best, but here you have lots of options and it's some good quality stuff. Very friendly service in a homey atmosphere, definitely recommend if you'd like a more traditional brunch experience

I love Curbside! Come here for brunch every Sunday. Food is good, John and everyone that works there are super nice, and I love being able to just sit and enjoy vista!

This is an excellent restaurant! The food & service are outstanding & the being able to eat outside on the curbside is great because it's downtown Vista which we love also!

Disappointing. Waitress was largely MIA. My girlfriend and I shared the seafood omelette. They were kind enough to split the entree on to two different plates at least. The omelette was good, not great. The country potatoes were awful. Tasted like they were leftovers that had been reheated

The wait staff were lovely. I went on a date with a guy and having a window seat was just lovely. I'd say half the bowl of fruit was good -- the oranges and strawberries were too sour or dry, and the pineapple and blueberries were wonderful. In retrospect, I probably should've seasoned my croissant on top of the hashbrowns, or stuffed some of the hashbrowns inside -- but even without the seasoning, it was still splendid and not too filling for breakfast nonetheless. Would definitely come here again.

All I had here was the crab cake Benedict, but it was perfect. Definitely having it again next time I'm in the area. My wife had breakfast and enjoyed it too.The dining area is cozy and the paintings on the wall give you the feeling you're in a sort of gallery. Coffee was good too, what else can you ask for?

I ordered the country fried steak for $16, and a coffee for $3. The plate was an overall good portion for the price. With tip and tax the total bill was around $24 for one person. The food was very good, and the staff was exceptionally attentive and friendly. My coffee cup was always getting refilled without me even having to ask. Nice clean spot, and easily recommendable if you are in the area.Overall score: 4.5/5.
