Horrible experience. Driver “Luis” called and told me he was here with my delivery but that the gate was closed. I told him I’d start walking out but I live in the very back so if a car came in to start driving in. He did not wait and left right away. It wasn’t even 3 minutes before I made it to the entrance so he had no intention of waiting. I then called the store to inform them and they told me they’d send him back, to give him a “few” minutes. I waited outside & it took 25 minutes for “Luis” to come back. Mind you I live 5 minutes from the store.Not to mention the pizza was cold, I had to reheat it in the microwave.My advice, don’t tip ahead of time or simply drive to the store and pick up, it definitely would have been faster.

I been a costumer for this dominos for so many years and Manger Tom decided to cancel my order just beacous the delivery guy couldn't get to my address he called we answer and said will come out and open the gate so I called the store and spoke to Manager Tom and was so unprofessional he needs to remember that we as costumers keep him bussy with a JOB and but if his not happy with it he needs to go and fined himself another JOB

I am unbelievably impressed, my first time here at dominoes and as I sat behind I was so impressed to see this girl making back to back pizza from scratch and so focused ,I was really amazed at such a dedicated worker like her,she was so fast at making pizza back to back that the other people next to her couldn't catch up but they are all also good workers they worked like a team I will make this my number one pizza place from now on. Great job Dominoes.And I just found out her name is briza great job 2 thumbs up.

The worst piece of pizza I have EVER eaten!!! Here is a picture of it. Burned crust, burned sausage, burned pepperoni, burned around the entire edge and flat, no gooey cheese. I was so hungry and didn't want to drive all the way back. So, I post this, don't recommend, & will never order from here again.

I came in yesterday and asked the female cashier if they had any specials and she rolled her eyes at me. She had very poor customer service people skills. Please remind your employees that the customer always comes first.

When we got home after picking it up. It tasted very dry. Not much sauce, very little cheese. It was so dry and no cheese the sausage meatballs were rolling off the pizza. Will not be going back to them again.

See picture below. Need I say more? This HAD to be a 3-day pizza.... reheated. I say 3 days because we all love pizza breakfast the next day. Burned cheese, no ooey-gooey here! Burned sausage, burned crust (around edges AND bottom). Just the most horrible. I'm madder at myself for not going driving back & throwing it in THEIR trash.....and for not opening the box while there!
Gave me someone else’s pizza but I guess I should have looked before leaving.

Even at half price this pizza wasn't worth the money. Frozen store bought would probably have been better (and certainly less expensive). Didn't seem fresh.

I order from them once or twice a month, normally they are quick but last time they brought us the wrong order. I called, and they brought us our correct pizza. I will order from them again, but will definitely check my order before the driver leaves.
