I get Dunkin everyday and wanted to try something else's so I asked the lady at the window about the drinks I've seen all over that were colorful and she went through every drink with me and was SO sweet. She definitely deserves a raise because just her explaining convinced me to buy a second drink so. Could try the rockstar drinks! Her name was Ari (idk if I spelled that right!) but she is a rockstar!!! Thank you so much for the great experience today I think I just found my new favorite drink

5 stars for always having a pleasant experience with the staff, drink and food quality, and efficiently. Plus they supply pup cups for my dog which always adds to the experience.My go to drinks are the blended coffees & americanos. Favorite syrups are the toasted almond and coconut! They go great on all the drinks :)

The donuts were stale to start off second of all as a veteran I went there to get my free doughnut instead I found out you have to get an app to give them all your personal information so they can sell that and make money to give you a free doughnut. I don't need a stale donut that bad. Also I bought and paid for two chocolate muffins but instead of handing me the muffins this moron literally sold the same two muffins to someone else and had me waiting at the end where it says pick up here. These people are morons at best and are definitely the most unpatriotic people! I would never ever spend a nickel here again! A dirty filthy place run by dirty filthy people!!

Went in ordered a pineapple collata, which they still have a picture/sign in front of their store. Employee even asked me what size. I made the order and paid for it. Waited about 4 minutes after I received my Bagel and donut wondering where my drink was. So I asked them. They finally tell me it's discontinued. So, it sounds like they either don't train their employees or the employee at the counter did it intentionally. I asked them why they had the sign up still if they discontinued it. They didn't have a response. The employee who had helped me said that management makes them keep it up. So if that's true, you're saying management is falsley advertising on purpose to get people inside. Then say they don't have it and since the person is inside they will order something else. Yeah, that is a blatant false advertisement to get people in with a false premise. That's despicable sales tactics. 2 dunkin donuts I've been to wear they just lack the proper service. My recommendation is to go to a local donut shop. For coffee, I recommend Black Rock coffee it's superior anyways.

The drive thru experience was great. The donuts were yummy and the food tasted great. The ambiance is clean. The service the first time we went was great but the second time was not so much. It took forever to move thru the drive thru on a Saturday morning. My order was also not correct and my bacon was outside my wrap. however, the food was super yummy and dare I say that their coffee is tastier than Starbucks
