I chose this location to give my business to and the young girl Melina, that is working here right now was very bothered since the moment we Walk in. I'm not sure if she had to get off her phone to help usbut her attitude stinks. Plus I ordered medium garlic strips and she gave me garlic parmesan and that's not what I ordered. I took my food up and she told me to be specific and I told her I know the difference and I know what I am ordering. This young girl lacks customer skills and she likes to argue back when she should be try to make it tight. Melina is representing your company and she's costing you customers.

Everytime I come to California I go to Epic wings. This is by far one of the worse experiences. The cashier was rude, and stand offish. I will never eat at this location again.

I love how every-time i order ahead they wait till i get there so my food is nice and hot.the place is always nice and clean, i always see the cashier cleaning,cleaning the tables after people leave.its a nice environment always fresh and nice music.

11/2/23 7:10PM Extremely Bad Service. We waited over 45 mintues for 2 orders of Epic Fries, even though there were no other customers. Each time we asked for an update on the order it was a different excuse. Will be 5 minutes more, system didn't print the order, still cooking the fries. Once again, no one else was in the place. And there were not a lot of pickups. Even when we asked to cancel the order, it still wasn't ready; it was almost ready. For whatever reason, the girl behind the counter did not want our business. I hate to say it was a black thing...what else?
The place is so cold, it makes me think that the company doesn't want us to eat there, just to take away oh a market situation, but I won't go back there is nowhere to sit without that feeling of being inside a refrigerator

Make sure to order ahead of time. I've waited an hour for a single meal before. The cashiers are young kids so take that how it is, but most of the time they're friendly. The atmosphere is loud and kind of dark but I never eat in. Delicious but geeezus it has gotten expensive.

We asked for twice baked , the gal taking the order didn't know what that meant. She said "you'd like your wings extra crispy ?" I said "yes." Also all we wanted was some wings. Not wings and a bunch of bread products. Ick We got the wings. They were mildly warm at best , greasy and def not extra crispy. And they were 2 dollars a wing. Do not recommend unless you like breadsticks. Because you get a whole bag of bread with the order. Yuck !
