Madison was always responsive to any questions I had while I was interviewing different caterers. Very thorough and always had all of the answers.The flavor chef menu is full of great options and has tons of delicious appetizers. Our guest enjoyed the poke chips, lamb lollipops and caprese salad on crostini as appetizers. Salmon, steak and chicken as entrees. The food was a total hit. 100% of our guests told me how much they enjoyed the food.The staff at our event included Derek as chef, Yannick as bartender and Joey and Ken as servers. All were excellent to work with!Plus they brought their mobile catering food truck so everything was fresh and there was no mess in my kitchen!I highly recommend flavor chef for any celebration you are planning!

this filipino restaurant's food look yucky!! i ordered ground beef with quail eggs. it tasted salty and burnt!! i also ordered pork sinigang it was very salty and too much fish sauce!!i called jo to let her know the food was salty and burnt.she told me to come to the store she will replace the food i threw away. i never went back!!will not buy from this store anymore!!

Flavor Chef Catering by far exceeded expectations for our winery harvest dinner. Chef Marcus and Chef Natalie were professional and extremely easy to work with when it came to timing out the courses.The food was delicious, to temp, beautiful presentation and the entree came out piping hot (which is usually a difficult task with off-site catering!).Chef Derek was great to work with when it came to putting together a custom menu and detailing. 10/10 would recommend Flavor Chef Catering for any of your catering needs. I was looking for a caterer for a company leadership retreat up in Palomar Mountain and they did not disappoint. Derek was incredibly easy to work with, totally flexible, and accommodating to our needs of about 30 people. We actually used them for both nights we were up there - the first night with a Food Truck and the second with a seasonal buffet. The food was INCREDIBLE both nights! All our guests raved about it and went back for seconds and sometimes thirds. Diego and Marcus were our onsite chefs and they were total gems. Just lovely guys and a pleasure to work with. The Mediterranean Meza App was to die for. Such good, high-quality food. I'm so glad I found them - they really made the retreat special and couldn't have asked for better food and service. Even though we are unable to use Flavor Chef for our upcoming event, I wanted to give a big shout out to Derek. He was absolutely wonderful to work with as I was trying to plan an informal open house for a newlywed couple. Because of some circumstances that came up, which had nothing to do with Flavor Chef, we were not able to continue with them and use their services. But I would encourage anyone who is looking for a friendly, professional and responsive caterer, who obviously has amazing food when you read all the reviews, please consider Flavor Chef!!

Derek and Joey came to our house and cooked for my big milestone home birthday party. OMG, as I have read and seen the photos on yelp, they did an amazing job. Flavor Chef was the best vendor we hired for our wedding! We were so fortunate to work with Madison and Crystal for our 80-person wedding in Indio this spring. The Flavor Chef team was patient with our questions leading up to the event - walking us through the pros and cons of different serving styles, providing quotes and responses in a timely manner, being clear about what assets they provided vs. what we would need to order from our rental company, and being flexible on altering the menu to accommodate vegan guests. Madison and Crystal even drove up to visit the venue ahead of time with us to ensure that the kitchen space would be sufficient for their needs. And this is all before I mention the food, which was EXCELLENT! The appetizers were outstanding - highly recommend the lamb lollipops, chicken and waffle bites, and ahi poke nachos. For dinner we offered the chicken, salmon, and the vegan eggplant parmesan, and they were all very tasty! The servers and chefs were friendly and helpful, and the whole event ran smoothly without incident. I highly recommend Flavor Chef Catering!

We had Steven and Ken join us for a baby shower service of walking apps and hodge podge board., and custom beverage. The lamb was an absolute hit along with everything else. Our board was cleared multiple times and they kept refilling until end of service, selection of cheeses and fruits /nuts was great. Would definitely recommend for any event where you want to impress your guests with flavor and presentation.

I cannot recommend Flavor Chef or Crystal enough! Crystal worked so diligently with us for months to ensure every detail was covered. She worked with our budget and our vision without compromising the two. She was amazing to work with!
