My family and I were nearby hoping to get ice cream from our favorite shop while we were in town but found they were closed on the day we stopped by. I checked Yelp for ice cream nearby and came across Handel's. When we arrived, there was no line and we quickly decided what each of us wanted and ordered at the outdoor window. The ice cream was served immediately. I had the mud pie (which was so delicious), my husband had the orange cream, and our kids had chocolate and lime sherbet. Everyone really enjoyed their ice cream and the prices were reasonable.

Unfortunately another company in such a hurry to take care of closing tasks to early! 935, one person working the window with a huge line! The 2 other employee is so concerned with closing customers suffer. I don’t know what has happened to “Customer Service”!?

Best ice cream I've ever tasted next to Marianne's in northern California. Yes, it's a little expensive, but you're paying for a high-quality product, and the flavors we've tried are out of this world. The employees are always courteous and friendly. Definitely recommend!

Ice cream! Nice way to round up a meal - grab a cup or cone and walk down mainstreet at
Let me tell you what! Handles homemade ice cream - true story. I'm not much of an ice cream guy. I'd rather fill up on the dinner, but I have kids and sometimes I can't say no. So tonight it was Handles. No regrets whatsoever!I got the four sampler, thinking no problem, a little sampler. Nope, this thing was massive. Four huge scoops of amazing ice cream, probably the best ice cream I've ever had, hands down. Monkey Business changed my perspective on ice cream. The creamy bananas, the chewy chocolate, so amazing. The salted caramel truffle, out of this world. Chocolate mint, better than I've ever had anywhere, ever. And caramel pretzel crunch, two different kinds of caramel, two completely different ice creams, both absolutely incredible. But so many more flavors to try! The wife got birthday cake and chocolate on a waffle cone that she also said was the best she ever had. The kids had brownie dough on cake cones and they absolutely loved it. Definitely coming back here.
Do yourself a favor and go today! Handel’s ice cream is an inexpensive treat that is made fresh daily with whole ingredients. And it’s absolutely delicious! Don’t let the line deter you…it moves fast and is well worth the wait.Handles also adds a ton of social value to our community by supporting schools via donations and student learning.

So I ask for a scoop of the soft vanilla and she says well you have to buy 2 and a half scoops and then she gives me the hard scoop vanilla and says it’s the same thing as the hurricane. Your employees don’t know what you serve or how much it
The milkshakes here are delicious, thick and creamy. This is my favorite ice cream place of all time, it’s just a shame there are no locations in the Bay Area. I come here every

Best ice cream. Get the sampler and try four different types of ice cream if you can't decide on one. You'll never be able to finish it all.

I like their ice cream, but it's a bit over priced and you can only choose one flavor, if you get more than one scoop. The location is outside, which is inconvenient, since the sun hits you right in the face.

So yummy!!!! Especially mango ice cream. Salted Caramel was too strong but had choc pieces in it and that made it good. Mango was the best though.

POOR MANAGEMENT I asked for a banana split, but they had no bananas. I guess one of the employees found half of a banana to offer me. Instead of a discount or substitute compensation, like extra ice cream scoop or something. They said there was nothing they can do about the missing bananas and there was no manager to be found. A business like this is obviously not under good management if the manager is missing and they are running out of supplies.
