Tasty sandwiches but nothing extraordinaire. I personally prefer to order on their website ahead of time so that I can just pop in and pick up my order. Saves time on a short lunch break ;-)

We really wanted a Philly cheese steak sandwich (#56) minus mushrooms and an Italian sub (#13) Compared through Door dash and went with Jersey Mike's. Very nice surprise!-The cheese steak- delivered warm. Bread was very soft. The perfect amount of cheese. Lots of tasty and well seasoned meat! The meat was tender!! ( I'm afraid we will be craving this again soon!) Wish we ordered a bigger sandwich!-The Italian sub- the wheat bread was soft. Less meat than expected it, the meat was very fresh.- BBQ chips- the sandwiches were the star and the chips will be for later!- Chocolate chip brownie - took a small corner to taste it. Loaded with chocolate chips, moist (yes, I said it) moist. Lol will taste great later heated in the microwave.

Came in and ordered a sandwich with mustard on my lunch break and was given a sandwich with extra mayonnaise. I then returned and asked for a new sandwich with the correct toppings and was given a sandwich that had been smushed and rolled up with the bag. Was told sorry and that's it. Wasn't offered any coupon to make up for the mistake on my sandwich or spending my entire lunch break just getting the right order and not even getting to eat my food. So much for good customer service even after tipping. Will not be showing up to this location ever again.

This is the worst Jersey Mikes location in this area. I have no idea what is wrong here, but it just takes them too long to make sandwiches. It does not matter if you order online or in person, I have waited from 30 minutes minimum up to 1 hour and15 minutes. And you would think this is because there are tons of orders and people but no, there will be 3 people in line. I love Jersey Mikes food, but this is ridiculous. Going to check out other locations. The staff is not the friendliest, but I get it when you have people in the store standing around waiting and asking how much longer their order is going to be. I have heard maybe 6 different excuses too.. like "We got a bunch of orders right as you ordered," etc. I don't blame them, I blame management. There needs to be better training or better staffing (need more than 2 people working on a Friday evening at 5pm). I don't see them being around much longer unless something changes.

Decent sub shop, never been disappointed here, usually do mobile app order because that's obviously much quicker than waiting in line. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Shop is kept clean and looks to be recently remodeled

The worst Jersey Mike's experience I've ever had, and I enjoy their sandwiches a LOT. First time at this location and truly wish Google sent me to a different one. It was completely empty yet no acknowledgement whatsoever when I walked in. The person working dryly says "what's your order"... still no hello. I should have left then but in my mind I'm thinking "how can you mess up a sandwich when all the ingredients are basically made and you're just putting it together". Worst assumption of the year. The person aggressively throws bread on the counter and put my sandwich together. As much as I wanted chips I just got my sandwich and left. I'm sitting here writing this review as my stomach growls because the bread on my sandwich made the sandwich unbearable, it was so hard and stale. I desperately called another location to see if I bring them the disgusting sandwich could they make me another and unfortunately they couldn't (which I understand). But wowwwwwwwwwwww at this experience. Also speaks to why the ratings are lower than other locations here. Save yourselves and go somewhere else. I'd eat gas station pizza before eat at this location again.

When this restaurant 1st opened the employees were efficient and quick and polite now not so much the food is OK still but the employee's quality has gone down so much I found the employees rude and inattentive and you couldn't answer the questions fast on the film and they were annoyed They need to be nicer and more patient and not everyone knows exactly what they want immediately they can't handle it when there's a rush

First time to stop in and regret it. Chose the turkey sandwich. Asked that the bread to extra toasted and they don't have ability to do that unless you wait an extra 10 minutes for it to sit on a warm flat grill. Even after that, it just made the wonder bread style roll dry not toasted. The meat is sliced from a huge block of cheap deli style meat that I'm sure is full on non-healthy additives. The meat and fillings are about 1/4 of what is in all their photos. My sandwich was pretty much flat. I paid $17.50 for the large sub. There are other sub vendors that do a much better job for much less money. The sandwich and chips were over $$21 !! Don't be fooled by the billboard photos.

Don’t get me wrong food and cleanliness is great it’s just the fact that, when I came in today at the vista location, the workers one male and one female both seemed high and took 35 minutes to make me a sandwich with 3 other customers in the store I don’t care if this was their first day get them more training before they have to attend to busy customers or don’t have them work at all. From i literally take the extra 10 minutes to go to the one in Carlsbad now because of this.

11am to 1pm..they need to hire more people or put more people on the lunch shift ...20 people in line today and multiple online orders with 3 guys working? 1 in training...the court house and Sheriff employees were there..they probably don't get more then 1 hour lunch ...30 minutes waiting in line and most people walked out..
