I'm from Texas and I haven't had a touch of south with a breakfast burrito Like this within my whole stay in the last 4years in California and this place is the best place I've ever dined for breakfast that satisfied my breakfast hunger. The best hidden gem in Vista hands down!!!!!!!!!!

They charged my $20 plus for a pollo asada burrito that was the size of a taco. Asked for my money back and the short changed me. Will NEVER come back yo this place. The food portions, & register mathematics is horrible.If u do decide to try them out make sure and confirm the prices for what your ordering before hand. Also make sure ask for a receipt or u could end up getting ripped off.

This place is amazing. Good service, good prices and amazing food! My husband and I grabbed 2 burritos. The shrimp was great (omg the sauce was yummy) and so was the carne asada. Mind you, my husband is picky with his meat and thought the quality was great. Btw, this is under new ownership and you can definitely see the difference. Will be back soon!

I went in for lunch on my break Tuesday and was amazingly surprised at the quick & efficient service. My surf & turf burrito was delicious. The meat was juicy and tender. I will definitely be back!!

Absolutely love this place! Was craving some carne asada fries and randomly found this spot on my way down to San Diego. I'm very particular with my asada fries and this place definitely nailed it!! They were seriously delicious. My boyfriend ordered a Cali burrito and ate it in less than 5 min. The workers were very friendly and made us feel very welcome. And they didn't skimp us on salsa like in most taco shop. We will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

First time eating here and the food was good. Salsa was also on the better side of the other Mexican places. But the guy at the register was on his phone consistently with his back towards guests trying to order.

This place says it closes at 8pm, but in reality if you arrive at 7:30 they are closed. If the employee is cleaning they hide. What kind of business doesn't want to make money and sell you food while they are suppose to be open? Today was not the first time they did that.
Love this place. I am from out of the area and we come into town once a year and everytime we are here we eat at Jilbertos 4-5 times a week! Such good and authentic Mexican. Highly recommend!

Not only that this place took 25 min to cook 2 burritos , I told them not to put guacamole, and they still add it the guacamole , I ask for a Cali burrito and it supposed to have fries in it , well I guess cook went stingy and if I found 4 fries was a miracle . The lady at the front keep hiding as time was passing and keep asking how long more was to be ready , terrible place for service and food quality
