This makes my Johnny Rocket, delicious burgers although the fries were not as good as expected from J Rock's. Regardless, delicious burger and good milkshake.

One of the worst services had in my life. Staff is not only clueless but rude. Of course the worst offender wasn't wearing her name tag, wonder why. Food is OK at best but took forever to get.Just go somewhere else, don't waste your time eating here.

I have had Johnny Rockets before but this was the worst meal I have ever had with them. Not only was the Original Hamburger dry, but they left out the tomato. I had to send it back to have them add it. Come on Johnny Rockets, just because our kids are more interested in playing video games doesn't mean they have to settle for less-than-good food. However, their staff was wonderful.Vegetarian options: My spouse's Boca burger was tastier than their Original burger but again very, very dry.

Bad. The reviews live up to the expectations. Ordered milkshakes for them to be completely made out of a whipped cream bottle. I can't stand whipped cream, I asked for no whipped cream and they make the entire shake out of freaking whipped cream. I almost threw up the second I took a bite (as it would not come through the straw because it was straight whipped cream). The lady gave me a replacement drink which I opted for an icee. Also wouldn't come through my straw and it tasted like just ice with no flavor. My husband was able to stomach half of his nasty shake but he couldn't finish it he was so grossed out. Multiple people were charged for bacon even though the workers knew there was no bacon. We waited 40 minutes for one small kids chicken tenders and fries. Fries were burnt. Chicken tenders were small but good. Smaller than I expected almost seemed like a toddler meal. I would call them chicken nuggets instead of tenders. If you go to boomers just save your money and go eat elsewhere. Not worth it. But the lady who rang us up was nice. I feel bad she was running around like a chicken with her head cut off. Hopefully they can fix that restaurant but who knows

Came here during a weekday with my daughter and it was okay. The games are pretty pricey. I honestly prefer Dave and Busters. Some games were broken or turned off. We did eat at Johnny Rockets and the food was really good. I was a little hesitant but overall food was amazing. They do not accept cash here. Everything looked pretty clean. It's was empty so that was a huge plus for us.

We had lunch here after playing at Boomers. We had the chicken tenders and fries which were were great but there were literally only 10 fries. I was shocked. We ordered just fries after that and that was a great portion! We also had a slurped, vanilla shake and cheeseburger. All were delicious and reasonably priced.
Okay so admittedly this is arcade food inside Boomers so the bar was not that high to begin with... the food was ok in total but but there were quite a few issues overall. First, service was slow. We ordered 1 burger, 1 kids meal, 1 shake. We got the shake immediately but everything else took nearly 30 minutes. My daughter had to drink her shake before her lunch as it was melting pretty fast. "Mini hot dogs" kids meal was literally one regular-sized hot dog cut in half. Ok whatever, we'll live with it. Fries that came with kids meal were decent except that there were fully frozen ones mixed with the cooked ones. I'm not sure why- it was really clear that the frozen fries never touched the fryer. They were frozen-white and solid and icy whereas the cooked ones were hot, golden and clearly a different color. The young staff that work there were not very polite and spent most of their time on their phones. They were also very unhygienic as I witnessed one girl blow her nose twice and not wash her hands. Fore touching many thinks behind the counter. I also saw the same girl empty the trash then handle food. It was pretty concerning

We order the Original and Bacon Cheddar Burgers, and two soft drinks. Burgers are good as I remember them in Los Angeles years ago, pricey but good. NO ICE for the drinks. Knocked a star off for that problem. Trying to order at the counter was awkward, unnecessary confusion. Beginning to see the value in kiosks.
