Cute little shop in Vista. Stopped by 45mins before closing and they still had a decent selection available. I ordered the half dozen for $24.50. Flavors were similar to what you'd see at other bakeries. I enjoyed the green tea matcha and almond champagne.

We've been getting our cupcakes here for years. Of course I had to make sure we had them at our wedding & they're always a hit! Their snickerdoodle & s'mores cupcakes are the best our family is always raving about them. Always looking forward for the next party as an excuse to get more little cakes

Don't be fooled by these tasty award winning cupcakes and name recognition. Yes they are delicious from first bite to last. However this particular establishment fails to foster in building customer loyalty and relationships with the local consumer. I went into this location yesterday where I approached the counter in which I had a plan to purchase a cupcake for a special occasion. The gentleman's initial reaction was a scoff in which he responded saying "you need to give the store a 48hr notice for a request such as this" (One Cupcake) with pink or blue icing in the center. Right there and then it was apparent the man was more focused on getting financial gain as opposed to meeting the needs of a small request. Not to mention he at chuckled me in which I left the store and was able to have the same needs met at Albertsons for a mere $1.00 without any questioning or negative input. It's not always about the product or food/experience that's being sold that makes you come back. It can be the connection and friendship with the people who run an establishment that brings you back to a place.

A great little cake shop with great service and delicious cakes! I ordered a red velvet cake and several cupcakes for a joint birthday party I was hosting. We tried the strawberry milkshake, chocolate peanut butter, and lemon blueberry cupcakes. Everything was so tasty, but the red velvet cake and the strawberry milkshake cupcakes were the big hit of the evening! The staff in the store were super friendly and helpful (and didn't even mind me changing my mind about 18 times before committing to my order!) and went out of their way to be accommodating. I would highly recommend this shop, and I will definitely be back for more strawberry milkshake cupcakes!
Why can't 1 store 7 mins away not share a voucher from one to another. Randomly the store at Santa fe in vista ca conviently closed on a Sat and referred to main st store in Vista. Upon visiting clerk unfriendly, unapologetic, and for expressing for a birthday unhelpful. Offered no refund, no honoring of voucher, no solution. This is not once but a second time at this store and such a bad taste in my mouth. Would not recommend would not return. Extremely disappointing experience. Other had reviews. Buyer beware.

This was my first time here and was very disappointing. I drove out of my way to come here and I was there at the store within five minutes of opening, which I thought would ensure me fresh cupcakes and a huge selection. Unfortunately, this is not the case.. there was a limited selection to say the least. I went to the grocery store later and wish I had purchased there as it seemed like they had a better selection.I got four cupcakes and three out of the four were dry , very disappointing thank goodness I used the Bogo.

Service the store in main st vista ca - horrible. Online wrong times posted, referred over with a paper on door from santa fe location 7mi away. Location for a birthday unsympathetic, unapologetic, nose ring seemed unsanitary, no offer to redeem a voucher online purchase with no notice of closer. Told only 1 to 2 employees and no offer to refund, reduction in price if new purchase. Staff unfriendly wouldn't ever recommend tell your family and friends. Beware and caution. So much for customer service.

This is our go to cupcake place....and I don't even care for cupcakes LOL The cupcakes are moist and delicious and not overly sweet. They have limited seasonal cupcakes that are just as fun. My daughters's favorite is their red velvet and my son favors their chocolate....while I'll take their almond champagne. Really, we haven't had any bad ones yet. They also sell prepackaged mini cupcakes so you can sample different flavors.

Got an order of the vanilla cupcakes and champagne almond cupcakes for my grandson's birthday party, and when I got home, saw that the sprinkles on top of 5 of the six vanilla were Halloween colored (black and orange). Not exactly birthday colors. And then just one odd pastel sprinkled cupcake (as the website picture showed). I called to see if I could exchange them, and at least ask why I didn't get six matching cupcakes. The store clerk just said "yeah, sorry, we are doing Halloween Sprinkles right now on our vanilla cupcakes. You must've gotten one of the last regular sprinkle cupcakes." I told her well it's for a birthday party not a Halloween party. She just said "yeah sorry." Then silence. I was so ticked, I just hung up. I know it's hard to get good help in retail these days, but this was just really bad customer service. The cupcakes taste great. The customer service tastes rotten.
