We've been getting our cupcakes here for years. Of course I had to make sure we had them at our wedding & they're always a hit! Their snickerdoodle & s'mores cupcakes are the best our family is always raving about them. Always looking forward for the next party as an excuse to get more little cakes

We love the fact that you were able to open up a second location in Vista ! The new items they offer : ice cream and other new dessert delicates! are a great touch ! Plus, the baker that you have there, has great service plus I used to work with her at a nice boutique resort where she would turn great pastries and desserts for their restaurant and banquets - so great pick up on your end! I am looking forward to trying the other options that are offered at this location. I will definitely recommend !!

Don't be fooled by these tasty award winning cupcakes and name recognition. Yes they are delicious from first bite to last. However this particular establishment fails to foster in building customer loyalty and relationships with the local consumer. I went into this location yesterday where I approached the counter in which I had a plan to purchase a cupcake for a special occasion. The gentleman's initial reaction was a scoff in which he responded saying "you need to give the store a 48hr notice for a request such as this" (One Cupcake) with pink or blue icing in the center. Right there and then it was apparent the man was more focused on getting financial gain as opposed to meeting the needs of a small request. Not to mention he at chuckled me in which I left the store and was able to have the same needs met at Albertsons for a mere $1.00 without any questioning or negative input. It's not always about the product or food/experience that's being sold that makes you come back. It can be the connection and friendship with the people who run an establishment that brings you back to a place.

Why would you randomly close on Sat? Then with shared name say go 7 mins away and clerk at new store at main says voucher not honored, no solution, no help, unfriendly, says different system? I find that hard to believe. You don't even call management to make the experience better? Saw other bad reviews. Hope no one else has such horrible experience. Very cold atmosphere. No answers about why closed and seemed baffled.

Service the store in main st vista ca - horrible. Online wrong times posted, referred over with a paper on door from santa fe location 7mi away. Location for a birthday unsympathetic, unapologetic, nose ring seemed unsanitary, no offer to redeem a voucher online purchase with no notice of closer. Told only 1 to 2 employees and no offer to refund, reduction in price if new purchase. Staff unfriendly wouldn't ever recommend tell your family and friends. Beware and caution. So much for customer service.

This is our go to cupcake place....and I don't even care for cupcakes LOL The cupcakes are moist and delicious and not overly sweet. They have limited seasonal cupcakes that are just as fun. My daughters's favorite is their red velvet and my son favors their chocolate....while I'll take their almond champagne. Really, we haven't had any bad ones yet. They also sell prepackaged mini cupcakes so you can sample different flavors.

Got an order of the vanilla cupcakes and champagne almond cupcakes for my grandson's birthday party, and when I got home, saw that the sprinkles on top of 5 of the six vanilla were Halloween colored (black and orange). Not exactly birthday colors. And then just one odd pastel sprinkled cupcake (as the website picture showed). I called to see if I could exchange them, and at least ask why I didn't get six matching cupcakes. The store clerk just said "yeah, sorry, we are doing Halloween Sprinkles right now on our vanilla cupcakes. You must've gotten one of the last regular sprinkle cupcakes." I told her well it's for a birthday party not a Halloween party. She just said "yeah sorry." Then silence. I was so ticked, I just hung up. I know it's hard to get good help in retail these days, but this was just really bad customer service. The cupcakes taste great. The customer service tastes rotten.

I came here to pick up some last minute treats for work and grabbed their pre packaged dozen mini cupcakes! It came with 6 different flavors and was fast & easy to purchase. For a mini dozen, it was $21 I believe? The cupcakes were moist and flavorful, and everyone in my department enjoyed it. My favorite was the strawberry milkshake, it was a vanilla base and strawberry frosting that explodes with flavor in your mouth. The parking was easy to find, I parked next to the Panda Express and walked over to the opposite side to find the store. It's in front of the movie theatre. The service was nice and easy. I would come back for sure in the future!

I've ordered from then tens of times.My favorite is their Snickerdoodle cupcake, hands down, but all their flavors are good.They also used to have these mini cheesecakes that were DIVINE but they stopped selling them, unfortunately. Please bring them back!Only downsides are they are pricey and their rewards system (stamp card) is bad in that they only give you a stamp for every $10 you spend. So if you buy $9 worth, you don't get a stamp at all.

So good! Ordered 3 dozens for my Birthday and everyone loved them. The cupcakes are full of flavor and I loved the cream cluster . Just want to keep eating those cupcakes. I've tried many flavors and all of them are so good. Can't go wrong with any that you select

These are the best cupcakes. The cake and the frosting on every cupcake is AMAZING!!! I walked in after passing their store front on Vista Village Dr. The two gals in the front helped me so much decided on what to try. I ended up getting a half a dozen and I wish I got more. The almond champagne cupcake was the best thing I have ever eaten and I will be having so many more. Plus the inside of the store is super cute and welcoming !!

This is my 3rd time going. Other times I thought the cupcakes were good. However when the bf and I came today on the 4th of July and I got the Mayan Macaroon (a Cupcake Wars winner) and he got the snickerdoodle, both were cold. So the texture of the cake itself as well as that of the frosting made for an underwhelming cupcake. Hard to discern the true taste and texture. Disappointing.
