I hardly buy breakfast at Macdonald’s the only thing I eat are the sausage eggs and cheese muffin I order 2 in the app and a hash brown so I went to the drive thru to pick them up and it wasn’t ready even though I order in the app had to wait for my hash brown more than 10 min when she said 1e minute or 2 it will be ready so they send me to park and they took for ever and my food was really cold the muffin was not even cook whatever ceo is hiring this employees please make sure they know how to cook and give good customer service I missed the old fashioned Macdonald’s where they had actually good cooks and really good customer service plus this people are getting good pay and don’t even know how to cook Come on !!!

Came here in the morning walked in to order a coffee nobody helped me they were focused on drive thru I get they want cars getting served fast but what about the ones who walk inside? I stood there for 7 minutes and walked out. Even at busy Mc Donalds I’ve always been noticed.

This McDonald’s is new , this was my 3rd visit . Each time I was parked waiting for food and each time the food was still cold and tasted stale ! This time was the worst 3 meals cost $38.00 and I threw everything away . I will never return to this location no matter how close it is ! McDonald’s quality is horrible nowadays! I would rather go hungry then waist my time and money .Food was so bad it is difficult to express how bad !!

I ordered a couple of sausage mcmuffins with egg and it took a while to get my food. They had me park to the side and wait a bit. But when I ate the sandwiches, they tasted fresh.

Pretty sad that this place is brand new and has the Yelp rating that they do. I came here the other day, I was SO sick, I went through the drive thru and ordered 2 large ice waters. Got to the first window and tried handing the guy my debit card. He asked me what I ordered and I told him. He essentially told me that I ordered something that they can't charge me for and that next time I need to order food or something they can charge. I told him that I didn't realize that and I didn't mind paying (I'd done this exact same thing at Jack in the Box down the street - they charged me and I paid) He said - well I guess you can go ahead to the next window and just hope my manager doesn't say anything. UM excuse me?! Completely rude, I already felt like crap then had to deal with a man-child working a McDonald's window shaming me for ordering water. This happened on Monday, 2/5 with the guy working the front window during mid-afternoon. I came here one time before this where the employee literally didn't say one word to me. I handed him my card, he handed it back, I said thank you and it was crickets on his end. HIRE BETTER EMPLOYEES. Especially with minimum wage at $20/hr... these are NOT $20/hr employees.

The building is brand new and beautiful. The food was good, but they don't have any service. I literally watched a family come and go and heard them say they didn't have the app, and they didn't think there was any way to order. The kids cried, but there was no way to order since there is no visible staff. They have a big wall to block the view of anyone working. (If you can't see them, they can't see you.) There are no employees to help you. God forbid if you wanted to talk to real person. It won't happen at this McDonalds. No staff to take your order and no staff to help you place an order on the kiosk. I guess McDonalds Vista has decided YOUR CASH is no good, and if you aren't computer literate, they don't need you as a customer. There is a senior mobile home behind this site, and my mom just told me the seniors won't come here because there is no one to take their order or help them. This makes me angry for our poor seniors (who, along with kids, are a pretty good demographic for McDonalds). Beautiful to look at, but don't expect t any service.

Service is horrible. I get the self service setup is normal in high inflation and high wage CA but 1 adult 2 kids out the door at 58$ at least staff 1 attendant to help with self ordering and payment issues. (kiosk sent me to counter due to error with that kiosk) five minutes in I had to start calling out as all staff was focused on drive thru and ignoring the dining room. Same thing when one item was left off the order.

As of 1/2024. Recently openned. Clean, modern and bright lobby. No Self-service fountain drinks or napkins/condiments. Have to ask a staff for refills. Minimum staff to take orders, suggest to use kiosk. Service was fast, comparable to other in the area. Restrooms are new with no code entry. Larger parking lot that can accommodate class C RVs. No outdoor seating.

30 minutes ago- I like to treat people the way I like to get treated. The guy who took my order in the Drive Thru and gave me my drink was really nice. It was until the girl with the blue shirt who was handing me my food that had a stank face the whole time. Once I received my bag of food I asked “can I have buffalo sauce please 2 of them” she didn’t even look at me she just began grabbing them then hands then to me as she looks away still. I said “thank you so much” she said “YUP.” as she slams the window door. I even said to myself “damn WTH” . Come to find out she didn’t even give me my daughters apple juice. Ofcourse i got off (I’m 8 mos pregnant I go through the drive thru for a reason). the same guy who took my order assisted me and gave it to me and I also mentioned to him that I could’ve asked the girl with the blue shirt in the window but she slammed the window. Even HE apologized for her and didn’t seem surprised with her behavior. The only reason this has 2 stars is because of the nice gentleman who knows how to work in customer service. For the girl in the blue, you should consider a different job where you do not need to interact with people. ? the face you put while handing items over says it all

We went into a brand new store today only to discover that we had to wait at the cash register because no one was available or even visible to wait for us. We ordered soft drinks and then had to wait to have them delivered to us because they didn't have a self-service soda fountain. Based on our previous drive-thru service, We were not inspired because they gave us incorrect drinks which we did not discover until it was too late to make returning worthwhile. We will obtain our soft drinks from their nearby competitors in the future.
