Very small interior exterior has patio seating not that great in the rain as the roof leaks on the patio.The food is great The gravy needs help big time but I am picky on the gravy.But the rest of our meal was very good.

This is my new favorite breakfast place. The eggs benedict was delicious. Eggs cooked perfectly, and they were not skimpy with the hollandaise sauce. Biscuts and gravy were also very good. We also tried the cinnamon roll pancakes, and yes, they were awesome .

Terrible. Service was not nice or cordial. Worse was the hair in my food, they did nothing to help in making the situation better. You can see into the kitchen and the cooks were not wearing hair nets. I would never come back.
The owner and staff extremely efficient, super friendly and helpful. The owner does the old school walk about to make sure her customers are happy. The quaint atmosphere is an added bonus. We will make sure we tell all of our friends.

I always love starting my day with a visit to Mom's kitchen. It's delicious home style cooking in the heart of Vista and always a pleasant experience! Evelin was my waitress today and she did an outstanding job! She was quick with my food, kept my coffee warm, and had a smile on her face the whole time! It was pretty packed this morning too but she handled it with poise and grace. Way to go Evelin! I'll be back very soon for some more steak and eggs!

California omelet is great here. It may not look like it but there is a lot of food on that plate. Great comfort food restaurant ?Wheelchair accessibility: No problems getting my wheelchair in or out. Once inside it's a little tight,but still do able.
