I ordered delivery for my family when I was really sick. All I wanted was soup. I spent a ridiculous amount of money for the quality of food. However, I knew what I was spending it on. The problem was I didn't receive the one item I wanted, the soup. When I called in they said they would refund for the soup. Well, I now had a loaf of bread that was too go with the soup and meals my family would have never chosen. I sent a follow up email, which was received in the same way. Well, they refunded the soup. Yes, but I spent over 100 too fed my family something they didn't want and the one reason I ordered was not received. I have not returned to panera since this happened 2 months ago and I will not return.

I came in your store, walked up to the front counter, waiting for someone to come made an order for food two cookies and two waters. When I paid for the order the cashier said next time you come in we don’t take orders at the front counter anymore I can use a little kiosks. I won’t be coming here anymore, if you can’t provide, common Customer Service, you don’t deserve a customer.Mark.

The only reason that I'm giving it two stars is because of the price. I got a gift card from a someone but I would never pay over $35 for half sandwiches with sides. Too many great sandwich places too pay this much!
I had the cup of soup and half sandwich for lunch. It was a perfect girl size lunch. There are many combinations you can make.

Looks great, however Overpriced, 1 penny shy of 15.00 for a roast beef and cheddar sandwich hardly any meat, The turkey BLT was minced, and one slice of hard bacon, Avocado portion was small, the bowl of chicken soup was the size of a cup at best for, 8.49 So disappointed, total 40.41 (insult to injury the asking for a tip) For take out?!

Got Pick-Up catering for my job and they knocked it out of the park! I usually have issues with missing item or wrongs items but not here, this location is clean and friendly. The catering was for 20 people and the employee (wished I got his name) was super friendly even helped me take it to my car over all 10/10 THANK YOU!!
