AWFUL Customer Service, AWFUL!!! I have been a patron since 2009. I considered this the best Pho Restaurant ever. Recently they begun to omit the bean sprouts, fresh jalapeno, fresh basil, fresh lime slices and the hot sauce from all online orders for Pho. Your order is delivered missing all of the most important items. Who eats Pho without these ingredients. They must have been bought by someone or are under new management. Their front counter customer service rep, Christina, is HORRIBLE. She will not provide the missing part of your meal, even if you want to drive there and pick it up yourself. Christina even cancelled Door Dashes redelivery order when Door Dash called to confirm the missing ingredients would be provided with the redelivery order. Christina claimed the missing ingredients where "complimentary". These most important ingredients are not available on the online menu to order even if you wanted to pay for them. The vegetable option for purchase is steamed broccoli and bock choy and they do not clarify that. You find that out once your order is delivered still missing the most important ingredients, bean sprouts, fresh jalapeno, fresh basil, fresh lime slices and the hot sauce. Christina is a blemish on a fabulous restaurant and has saddened my once loved enjoyment of ordering from Pho Lucky. What a huge disappointment.

Food is excellent here one of favorite places to eat but unfortunately I experience the worse service today, I arrived with my kids and Sissy or Cece the server was super rude as soon as I walked in she told me that the place closes in 15 minutes, I told her I'm ready to order I don't even need to see the menu or wait for me, in a rude way she was like fine go sit on 3, as I'm waiting for my husband due to forgetting something in the car, when he walked in then she when off at him as well, she continually give me and my family attitude the whole time we were there not only her attitude was so disrespectful but she was also tossing our food on the table and the waters. We noticed that everybody who was inside the restaurant was also experiencing her rude and disrespectful attitude. One costumer walk in and wanted to order food to go and she answered disrespectfully can you see the sign, we close at 3:00 pm. No costumer should be treated like this, is unacceptable I will no longer be coming here, Sissy or Cece whatever her name is needs to get classes on how to behave herself, how to treat people with respect instead of having messed up attitude.

Pho Lucky is so good!! The staff was nice and helpful. I have food allergies and they were able to make me something I could eat . It felt safe being in the restaurant. Plenty of space and they don't sit too many people at once.

Love this place it's my favorite Pho place now, the broth was so tasty and I absolutely love that they have different options on the menu as well. The playlist was awesome and it made dinner 10X better. The girl CeCe was soooo nice and made conversation a lot. She also complimented us so that was nice. Best Pho place around.

This is the best Pho that I have found in North County. Tucked in the corner by Stater Bros, there are plenty of seats available and you are always seated quickly. The food is always consistently good and no issues ever. The staff can be very hit or miss. The prices are very good for the portions and quality you receive.

Considering the situation, I know it's hard to gauge fresh stuff, but i ordered a barbecue salad and there was very little salad. What little there was appeared quite wilted...the kind of stuff I'd throw out in my fridge. The "salad" deserves a 1.

Do not eat here, found a cockroach in my noodles this afternoon! I have never been so disgusted with a meal in my life.

We were looking for a place to have a simple meal at a sit-down restaurant, and had several choices in the shopping center. We enjoyed reviewing the extensive menu of modestly-priced Vietnamese foods. I ordered the chicken Pho (small), and spouse got shrimp rice plate. Tasty food cooked perfectly and nicely seasoned. Plentiful portions, fast friendly service, kept spouse's water glass filled. Perfect for our purposes.

The pho here is decent but pricey. It is more expensive than any other pho place in the area, and we were pretty shocked when we got there to pay for our take out. For two large pho bo viens (meatball - the most basic pho ever), which would normally cost about $8.75-9.75/each elsewhere, this place charges about $11.50. They also charged for extra limes, which is totally fair, but other places have never done so before in my experience (and we always ask for extra limes every time we eat pho). They said that the restaurant recently went under new ownership, and that they raised prices to be competitive with other local restaurants. Anyway, you can expect two large bowls of pho to cost you at least $25 here. For comparison, this is normally our cost for two large bowls of pho, a drink, tax, and tip at other places closer to home (hubs wanted to try a different place). They give one tiny cup of hoison sauce and Sriracha mixed together for each bowl of pho. If you don't want one or the other, don't want them mixed, or just want more, make sure you tell them. All in all, if you're in the area and would like some decent pho, then by all means. For us, it's not worth it, and we will be sticking to our usual places.
