Horrible!!! they never get the orders right. its always the wrong items on the sandwich unless, you go into the subway and direct them like children. Its almost like they do it on purpose. 6 times I ordered from them and it has been wrong every-time. In fact it was right one time and I realized it was from a different location! Don't order from here.

I ordered 2 mexicali chicken with avocado...and guess what they forgot the avocado on both footlongs we pay extra for the avocado is not hard to follow steps disappointed!!!

I came in here and there was no line and the employee ignored me he turned his back on me and pretended I wasn't standing there ready to order a sandwich. A second employee came from the back minutes later and I asked him why they made me wait so long when there is no line and he had no answer. He also made no eye contact. When I walked out one of them cussed at me. I can't believe Subway hires rude people and people who do not care about providing good customer service like I said there was no line of people ahead of me. I also see this isn't an isolated event I read numerous reviews on Google of people who were treated rudely by Subway staff at this same location.

I received awful service on 5/8/23 at 12:55pm 2 employee males were working; the young male ignored me when I walked in he had no line and turned his back on me. A second male older man came from the back like 5 minutes later and took my order but never once picked up his head and made eye contact. When i told him that there was no people ahead of me and what was the reason why they made me wait so long to take my order the man just walked away and did not care that subway gives bad service to a customer. The other employee muttered something when I walked out the door. Very poor customer service and unprofessionalism at this Subway. Also my bread was not fresh.

So walked in at 8:45am to get a sandwich. Place was open at 8am. The Mexican woman behind the counter said she isn't taking any orders. Lazy. Rude. Roof tiles were all yellow and discussed. Lost a patron for life today and my business of 125 of my employees will not be going here either. We will be choosing jersey Mikes as they have never turned me or my employees away because they weren't taking orders. It's Wednesday April 12th 8:45am.

Don't go here!! They're very rude. I was just in there they didn't even acknowledge me I waited three minutes so I went to the restaurant next door a Little Mexico and had a great lunch. I will never go here again. The one on East Vista Way and Hacienda does a better job.

Today we stop at Subway . And is being a while the I haven't been here. They were out of cookies ? ?. Then when I got to the soda machine they only had zero sugar drinks. The cashier was nice and fix it right at away. Then it was berly 8:03 p.m. and he's coworker told us we are close the lobby close at 8:00 p.m. We had being eating way before 8:00 p.m. and in Google says that the close at 11:00 p.m. that it was not a way to tread a costumer. They should put a notice so that way we don't think that the are open intul 11:00 p.m. from now on I will stick to Hungry bear deli . I like the service there . I am so disappointed at Subway.

(MUST READ) I was with my son to get him a subway he was very happy to go but he wanted to order is I went with him inside but he was ordering at the start everything seemed fine until the worker broke the bread and my son was concerned and I was not to mad and told my son it was probably a accident but now that I look back at it she was in a bad mood and then my son finished his order and at the register the worker was being very rude to my son then my son paid and she just ignored him after and went on to the next customer not saying anything and then my son paid with a 20 and it 12 and she only game my son 6 basically scamming my kid and when we got home the sandwich was very messed up because when she broke the bed and the sandwich was all over the place and never coming again watch who you hire SUBWAY

Came by today 02/23/23 around 330pm service was horrible . The girl that was there was so disrespectful giving attitude and just looked like she didn't want to work there . Didn't even get to order food because of her constant disrespectful attitude .If management is seeing this I hope you talk to your employees about customer service . That girl needs to go.

The place got a remodel so looks great and clean. Brian provided exceptional service, was genuine and kind. He had a smile on his face and provided great costumer service. Will return again.
