service takes really long time workers aren't sure about the peoples orders getting mixed up took more than 1hr to get our food . They need more people with more experience such as the waitress and the cookers .

This place is excellent! I've been here many times-always good BUT...it has grown into a wonderful experience. Our lunch choices were all great - no way to improve them. We had a Reuben, a Make-Your-Own (roast beef, havarti, onion roll), & a Deli Rose - all super. The sandwiches came with chips & pickles, we added pepperonis & a veggie bowl. All so good. Now for the 'staff'. They have a way of making you feel welcomed & cared for. We deserved a frown - asking for an outside table & then had to ask to move inside after the breeze appeared but we didn't get anything but understanding. Smiles, suggestions, and explanations about the menu - I left feeling like I had been to a friend's house. I will be back very soon!
My friend took me here because she thought everyone should dine here once I was impressed with the decor and ambiance. We dined late last week and there was about a 15 minute wait. They took us upstairs at their Tea Bar and we were completely ignored after standing for 5 minutes with no one else waiting. We were asked what we wanted and we said tea (it was a Tea Bar) but he just went about his busyness without another word. We decided to sit down and order tea when we got seated. Once seated all those who served us were very attentive and friendly I ordered the featured soup #WhiteBeanKale which was tasty and their #WholeGrainSourdough was delicious I ordered #DeliRose and can see why it's a favorite here Packed with pastrami, corned beef, cheeses, condiments on an onion roll My friend ordered her favorite #BristolFilet. For tea I chose their #DarkRoastMate served in a French Press and this was a great cup of tea First time having tea from a press too and now glad I ordered once seated. Our server explained how to pour the perfect cup. I topped off dinner with #PersimmonPoundCake Note: I took home half a sandwich and chips and put it in the fridge for a couple of days. The chips were soggy but when I put them in the air fryer it actually crisp up and was tasty
