They told me to fill out the survey in front of them for free wings. I gave a 5 everything. I got the wings but when I got home I checked the bag and no fries or sauces on the side that I wanted. Should always check the bag first smh. They are unprofessional In the kitchen too.

Ordered online. Got there and food was ready which was great, only to find out when I got home that half my order was missing! While I was there picking up my food there was another Lady on the phone with one of the cashiers letting him know that she was missing various items from her order and that she was on her way to get it. One of the girls in the back, giggling said “oh was that me? I must have forgotten.” The kid told me he tried to chase me down to give me the rest of my order. He could have just looked for my phone number which was listed on my online order and avoided me getting so upset for having to drive back for the rest of my food. I don’t live close to this place either. Needless to say, most of the food was cold by the time I got home to eat. I’ve walked in there to order food too and it takes forever. Figured ordering online was better but apparently not.

First time. Last time. This stop needs a lot of help. The fries were good. Wings not crispy or hot. There was no trash can and the whole place felt very cold. Bathroom was hideous. Not worth the money it cost and I don't recommend this place. Also, it's extra for flats only.

I go here to dine in on less busy times..usually around 11am when they just openThere was a glitch in their online ordering system last week when the world wide web went down and some people never received their refunds..I've seen people ask for refunds this week..can you please issue these refunds? They've been giving their name and numbers to the employees working the register ..

Not worth the time to go here anymore. Called to make an order because I wanted to order on my way home, and it was a bot that picked up. No human - just a robot asking what you want, what sauce, how many etc. pulled over to order online instead because I had specific instructions and didn’t want it messed up. 16-20 minute estimate for the food. Waited 20 minutes just to have them say they just received the order on their side and it would be another 20 minutes. An hour total just to find out the website didn’t save my instructions and the order was wrong

NEVER EVER EVER GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!! An entire 8 pc of my wings did not come. And I ordered 10 pcs Cajun corn and confirmed 3 times and still only got the regular 5 pcs side. I complained and was confronted with HEAVY attitude before finally realizing I wanted what I ORDERED. They MADE me fill out a survey and WATCHED that I filled out positive results before finally giving me what I ordered. I CANNOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH, NEVER EVER GO TO THIS PLACE!!!

I gotta say I come here often and do take out orders. But the last 3 times the guys are hustling get all the orders out and have a great attitude. My food is always cooked to my perfection.

Food is good but this is the second time I've ordered the combo and they never bring my lemonade. I try to call and they never answer the phone.
Walked into the store and was ignored for about 4 minutes before we were actually helped. The cashier then questioned me on why I ordered something and didn’t take a deal after I’d already paid with attitude. The staff was really unprofessional yelling across the store and cussing. The boneless wings that we had ordered were abysmal, if you like your wings taste like they are doused in vinegar then you’d maybe like them. The mango habanero almost made me vomit. Probably never going to wingstop again.
