It's so yummy here and the kid's menu is SO GOOD. The pricing is also good ?. I usually get the kid's meal pizza and it tastes good and is a good size.Kid-friendliness: Super duper kid-friendly (I would know).

The bread was delicious but too hard.

Had crab corn chowder bread bowl and garlic bread. It took 30 min to get the food. The soup was hot but the bowl wasn't even full! It was ok and a bit spicy. The Garlic bread was crunchy and cheesy but was served cold. They had 2 self service kiosks and 1 person taking actual orders. They appeared to be short staffed that day we went.
I joined their club years ago and thoroughly appreciated the free 1lb loaf. I always buy another loaf for my fav Nordstrom salesperson. This is the second time where I brought my bread home and HOLES right in the middle. Won’t be able to make grilled cheese sandwiches . Yes “free” but making a 6 mile trip for my fav bread what a disappointment.Parking: Always spots and for shopping free

I am extremely extremely dissatisfied with my recent order at the Broadway Plaza Walnut Creek, CA location. I placed a lunch order at 1:40pm for it to be ready for pickup at 3:00pm. When I arrived to get my order as I was on lunch it was not ready. I wasted my whole 30 minute lunch waiting for my order that should have been ready. To make matters worse I missed my lunch and was given the WRONG sandwich!!!! Which I did not have time to go back to correct. I ordered the short rib melt and was given a roast beef sandwich on completely different bread then the short rib melt. Extremely disappointed!

Used to be great but have experienced a steady decline at this particular location (walnut creek). Replaced one of the cashiers with two self help kiosks that don't give you full customization ability, so people just queue up for the single human cashier. Tonight was a culmination of problems that will lead to me not returning. The cashier was friendly and helpful. But they were out of bread bowls. Out of coffee. There were about 5 dirty tables with plates on them and stuff smeared on the tables and no clean tables to sit at. Food all over the floor across the restraunt. Half the seating was roped off - all clean tables. Out of napkins at the self serve utensil station. After asking for napkins from the front to clean my own table, I went to wash my hands and found a filthy bathroom, toilet paper all over the floor, no paper towels or hand dryer and no tp. Finally seated with my food, I was disrupted by an employee dramatically barging out of the back room and hastily cleaning tables, literally tossing dishes loudly right next to me. After clearing a couple tables I observed them dancing with a mop and lip syncing with headphones on for the rest of my visit without doing any actual cleaning of the floor. The food was mediocre. The chili taste has gone down in quality in the last few years, like it's reheated out of a can or something. Bread is always good though.If they're going for the real SF experience, I think they nailed it.

Kind of fast food, has soups served in a bread bowl and sandwiches. Located in a beautiful, hudge, shopping center, safe neighborhood and lots of parking ( first 3 hours FREE).

I had a little over 20 minutes before an appt across the way, so I stepped in and auto ordered a small vanilla shake. That was at 4:59. Fast forward to 5:20, and I was late for my appointment. It took 20 minutes to mix up a small vanilla shake. In the meantime, SIX people on their staff were walking around stocking shelves, refilling pastries, standing waiting for customers to order... It was an okay shake, but service is SLOW, and the leadership does not have a pulse for moving things along. While I waited, two customers came up with missing items or issues with their orders. If you are in a rush , this is not the place to grab something "quick," even if you indicate it's for takeout.
